I love to get pancakes on vacation and these were the best! I don't know what they do but it's special and I had them with blueberries. The server was great and I left with a full stomach and a big smile. Defiantly a place to visit.

On a return trip to Nebraska, my sister and I spent the night in Fort Collins and went to the Silver Grill Cafe for breakfast. First off, the food was excellent. I had the pork green chile omelet. The service was exceptional; the waitress was very helpful and friendly. The portions approached huge. This is the second time I've eaten... More

Had a late lunch. I had chicken fried steak- have to say I like this better at Bob Evans. It was pretty dry , even with the sauce. Nice atmosphere, lots of young people. Price decent. Service good. Wound go back just for the rolls.

We were looking for a quick easy lunch spot and thought we would try this place. I has the green chile burger. It was tasty and satisfying. My son had a sandwich that he said he liked. Don't expect a quick lunch as this is a very busy place. It has a storied history which was nice to read about.... More

I ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy looked like it was mixed with pink vomit and didn't taste much better: basically tasting like they added salsa to the gravy. NOT my kind of comfort food

We are so sorry you had such a terrible experience with our biscuits and gravy! This sounds like something went wrong that day because we do not have pink sausage gravy and there is no salsa in it at all. We are actually pretty famous for our homemade buttermilk biscuits and from scratch sausage gravy. Hopefully you will give us... More

I took my kids to breakfast. We hadn;t had the opportunity to visit this establishment even though we've lived here 3 yrs. The waiter was awesome, the food was fantastic and the bloody mary rocked! I cannot say anough good here. If you visit FoCo, you MUST have a meal here!

We Used to take my mother there a lot and we enjoyed the homestyle potatoes especially! The service is Always good and she didn't have to sit a long time! Now, my husband go occasionally. The only bad thing is: there are usually SO many people who are waiting and not many places to sit Or stand.

Had breakfast with the family in this surprising restaurant. The cinnamon roll toast was really excellent, just a hair under my favorite cinnamon rolls (Duffy's). Ordered some other items on the menu which are above-average. I would not hesitate to go back again.

This is the best place I have ever visited for breakfast! The cinnamon rolls were out of this world. Whoever comes up with the specials must be a genius! Thanks for making old town Ft Collins a better place.
