Ate outside and ordered tons of appetizers for 6 of us. Everything we had was great, especially the large mixed meat and cheese plate. Loved the bison carpaccio, and pretty much everything else. Came back for a happy hour AND another dinner. The only thing that was mediocre was th sagAnaki. They use a cheese that is way different than... More

Just before classes commence at CSU taking daughter back to school, had a great dinner along with wife and brother. Shared appetizers consisting of calamari, saganaki, stuffed dates and hummus. All were good with exception of hummus which was bland. Saganaki was the best. Two of us had elk steak (amazing), one duck which was very good and the organic... More

Tuesday August 4, 2015. Ordered lobster bisque as the appetizer, it had a burned flavor and was served luke-warm, actually had a congealed crust on the top. I have heard too many horror stories from wait staff to send food back unless I know the owner. A $98 before tip tab for my wife and I was way over priced... More

Had family in from NY and decided to go for a nice dinner. There were 5 of us. Three people ordered fish which according to all three was over cooked. Very Disappointing! I ordered the Filet Mignon which came out with some sort of bleu cheese all over it and it was so strong it killed the taste of the... More

We decided to try this eatery. I wish I selected someplace else. The fish was overcooked, under seasoned and mediocre at best. My wife's chicken could have doubled as shoe leather. The service also left lots to be desired. This place wouldn't last a weekend on the east coast.

We went here based on a recommendation from our hosts. Had the shrimp quesadilla and lamb sliders, both were great. If we would have had more time we would have came back for dinner and jazz in the evening

Holy cow, this place was unbelievable. My son had the salmon and he loved it the pork chops were great and the duck was fantastic. Would recommend dressing up a little bit if you want to choose this restaurant. We came in t-shirts and shorts and felt a little underdressed. The staff was very polite and the food was great.

We happened to stumble on to Jay's Bistro on our stroll from our University Inn "Best Western Hotel" after arriving to Ft. Collins from Boulder, CO on route to Cheyenne Frontier Days. AMAZING drinks, food, live music and ambience! If you don't visit you will miss out on a great Ft. Collins experience.
