Great lunch

We went here based on a recommendation from our hosts. Had the shrimp quesadilla and lamb sliders, both were great. If we would have had more time we would have came back for dinner and jazz in the evening

Had family in from NY and decided to go for a nice dinner. There were 5 of us. Three people ordered fish which according to all three was over cooked. Very Disappointing! I ordered the Filet Mignon which came out with some sort of bleu cheese all over it and it was so strong it killed the taste of the... More

We decided to try this eatery. I wish I selected someplace else. The fish was overcooked, under seasoned and mediocre at best. My wife's chicken could have doubled as shoe leather. The service also left lots to be desired. This place wouldn't last a weekend on the east coast.

Holy cow, this place was unbelievable. My son had the salmon and he loved it the pork chops were great and the duck was fantastic. Would recommend dressing up a little bit if you want to choose this restaurant. We came in t-shirts and shorts and felt a little underdressed. The staff was very polite and the food was great.

We happened to stumble on to Jay's Bistro on our stroll from our University Inn "Best Western Hotel" after arriving to Ft. Collins from Boulder, CO on route to Cheyenne Frontier Days. AMAZING drinks, food, live music and ambience! If you don't visit you will miss out on a great Ft. Collins experience.

Sorry to report Jay's is not sustaining the same standard with new ownership. Ok meal but not up to par for above average prices. Mostly a bummer because we had bad oysters, our go to wedge salad has been changed for the worse and most important Colorado Lamb Chops were average at best ....

We reserved a room in the back for a private party of 12 for a 60th Anniversary brunch. The communication between myself and the management was flawless and everything was ready when we arrived. The food was excellent and a great value for the price. Our service was also excellent and I look forward to going again for dinner sometime... More

My son's 23 birthday was memorable because of the fantastic dinner we enjoyed at Jay's Bistro. I let the restaurant know when the reservation was made that it was our son's birthday. The staff decorated the table with streamers and confetti---we were not expecting this surprise! The filet and fish were outstanding and the desserts were noteworthy and delicious. I... More

Lunch twice last week. Good food. Knowledgeable waitstaff. Attentive. Fresh. Everything is fresh. Salad, fish, chicken, oysters, soup - all good.
