Why do I not give 5 stars you say? Service has been spotty on occasion. However, everything I have had here is unique compared to other places in Ft. Collins. The Bacon Mac is ridiculous and probably the only place in town where you can find unlawful amounts of bacon in it! When Pigs Fly is hubby's favorite and done... More

This is one of our go-to places for dinner. We love the brussel sprouts and the woodland pizza along with the roasted beet salad. Yum! Great service as well and it's nice that there are no reservations, so you aren't excluded on a busy night...you just have to sit there and drink more yummy 415's.

When I ate a late dinner hear with a colleague after a work function, we ordered a few of the small plates to split, and it did not disappoint. Even the brussel sprouts were great (and I generally avoid those at all costs). Try as many dishes as you can, because they are all fantastic.

We ate here about a month after they opened and were thrilled to find all the vegetarian options with many a la carte choices. Food was good, portions a bit sparse for the prices, but we felt they were really trying to provide local, seasonal food so wanted to support that. Service the first time was fine. Last night we... Amazing food, great service, reasonable prices, and sophisticated atmosphere. Centrally located, close to the Lincoln Center, and downtown. A must-do for dinner!

I have eaten here several times before, and decided to try it again as it has been awhile. The service, menu, food, beverage selection is still very good and creative. I tried the blackened cauliflower with red pepper and polenta...very good. As was the citrus salad! A great meal, and I'll be back again I'm sure.

If you want a moderately priced, excellent lunch or dinner in Ft. Collins, this is your place. Since it was recommended to me, I have gone there as much as I can, while visiting family in Ft. Collins. You will see families, students, professionals, singles, alike in a classy, casual atmosphere. Some recommended dishes are hot sandwiches like the Provincial,... More

Although the menu is small, the quality of all the items is fantastic. The farm to table concept ensures fresh ingredients that make all the difference. Te back patio is great in the summer.

My daughter and I had the best pizza ever! The flavors were clean and so unusual. So many times it feels as if one pizza tastes the same as every other, regardless of where you go. This was the exception. Our only complaint was that we should have ordered two pizzas so we'd have left overs for breakfast!
