Try the tasty Brie Sandwich

I met a friend for lunch on a warm Saturday and sat out on the patio facing Mason. I opted for the Brie, arugula, onion and berry jam sandwich that came with a salad. The sandwich bread was cut thick and grilled with butter on both sides with an abundant filling. Two hefty pieces (could have... read more

We ate dinner at Restaurant 415 with our college age kids and everyone loved their meal. My husband and one of our sons had the Chicken and Waffles named "When Pigs Fly" and our other son ordered the stuffed shells and artichoke soup. I am gluten free so I went with the Woodland pizza on gluten free crust. Everything was... More

We went on a Thursday night at 7:30pm. It was busy at the beginning but emptied out as we ate. The appetizers came out really quick, but it took 45 minutes to get the entrees. The server was great, she was checking in with us and updating us. She was embarrassed that it was taking so long to get us... More

I usually order the steak sandwich with the red pepper soup. The soup has been there since they opened and it is very good. Perfect place for a meal.

We met some of our friends for dinner at 415 last night. I had the spicy chicken and it was dry and not exactly spicy. The only thing that looked good at our table was the chicken and waffles. The Mac and cheese was basically an appetizer and the food was not all that great. Especially for the price I... More

The wife and I tried thid place a few months back. I had the Chicken & Waffles (with bacon infused syrup no less). I had always thought this to be a weird combo, but not any more! I order this every time with a cup of there espresso coffee. So very delicious and very filling. I'd like to eat here... More

Why do I not give 5 stars you say? Service has been spotty on occasion. However, everything I have had here is unique compared to other places in Ft. Collins. The Bacon Mac is ridiculous and probably the only place in town where you can find unlawful amounts of bacon in it! When Pigs Fly is hubby's favorite and done... More

This is one of our go-to places for dinner. We love the brussel sprouts and the woodland pizza along with the roasted beet salad. Yum! Great service as well and it's nice that there are no reservations, so you aren't excluded on a busy night...you just have to sit there and drink more yummy 415's.

When I ate a late dinner hear with a colleague after a work function, we ordered a few of the small plates to split, and it did not disappoint. Even the brussel sprouts were great (and I generally avoid those at all costs). Try as many dishes as you can, because they are all fantastic.

We ate here about a month after they opened and were thrilled to find all the vegetarian options with many a la carte choices. Food was good, portions a bit sparse for the prices, but we felt they were really trying to provide local, seasonal food so wanted to support that. Service the first time was fine. Last night we...
