Yum!

We wanted something a little bit healthier on our vacation and saw this place. Super yummy. We had the veggie kabob and aashak, both were excellent.

My wife and I wanted to have lunch somewhere different while in Fort Collins. We chose Maza kabob reimbursing trip advisor rating and the fact that we have adventuresome palates. I ordered the chicken kabob and nana, and she ordered the Keira kabob. As a lunch special, both came with rice and potatoes. It was very good. I have it... More

Diamond in the rough comes to mind. This little hole in the wall place is rated #1 on trip advisor for a reason. I loved how flavorful everything was. We got an eggplant dish (menu item 12) and a chicken/steak kabob dish (menu item 5) as well as cold chai teas. Everything was really good, and really filling; they give... More

So my 7 year old is particularly picky as an eater, even as a small kid, but I ordered him a Maza Kabob and Naan, he ate nearly all of it and asked for more Naan. The owner is simply wonderful and very interested in making sure customers have a great experience. He is incredibly helpful and friendly and made... More

I have been reading very positive reviews of this restaurant, and had no idea what Afghan cusine was like. So yesterday my husband and I went for lunch. We ordered different plates so we could try a variety, and we really liked everything. As others have said, the owner is very friendly and accomodating and it was good enough that... More

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Service is very quick for a restaurant that prepares to order, and the owner assured us that he does just that. It is clear that the owner has a passion for food and for customer satisfaction. I really recommend the vegetable dumplings, though their kebabs are also excellent! If... More

I enjoyed the vegetarian plate which had a medley of veggie options-each one of them so tasty. This is my first experience with afghani food and it was a great one. I would highly recommend this place. Wish I was in town longer so I could try more from the menu.

My wife and I decided to try this place for dinner after the place we wanted to have dinner was closed on July 4. When we arrived, a gentlemen who was sitting outside got up and opened the door for us. We told him we had never eaten Afghan food before. He suggested we try the kabobs and eggplant dish.... More

We actually found this place on Trip Advisor whilst traveling through Fort Collins and decided to try the food of Afghanistan. It was great. Super fresh and light. I switched out my rice for extra salad and had the chicken kabob. The Owner recommended the egg plant which I past on, so he gave me a complimentary side dish. It... More

When walking in, we were skeptical by the fact that it was an "order at the counter" restaurant. But don't let that fool ya! We had the chicken daashi and Burrani (eggplant). They were both incredible. Perfectly cooked. Perfectly seasoned. Fresh tasting. Just incredible. Shocking that it was in a strip mall location. More shocked that the prices were very... More
