Drove up to Ft. Collins from Longmont to take my grandaughter to lunch. Wanted something yummy and different. We both loved our meals. I had the chicken and beef kabobs with potatoes, yogurt sauce and a sort of a salsa. Don't remember the names. But boy, that was so good I ordered two more meals to take home for supper.... More

Do not be intimidated by the thought of "strange" Afgan food - here at Maza it is flavorful (not spicey) and delicious. Kabob basically means "meat", which is often (but not always) grilled on a skewer. We found the seasonings sublime and the meat itself cooked to perfection. The Lola kabob is seasoned ground beef cooked on a skewer. The... More

We decided to try this place and found the food very enjoyable. Worth eating at and the cost is good.

We decided to try this restaurant because of it's rating on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. The food was really good. We are vegetarians, so tried several of the vegetarian dishes. While it all was very good, we especially liked the eggplant dish. The staff was very helpful when we were trying to figure out what to order, and checked... More

This was my first experience at an Afghan restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food is prepared fresh and is seasoned with perfect simplicity. The kabobs are not overly spicy, nor are the flavors so unusual as to turn off more conservative eaters. The owner was on hand and was kind enough to walk me through the menu and... More

Food was great! Both the meat kabobs and the vegetarian dishes were fragrant and deeply flavored. These everyday ingredients--ground beef, rice, potatoes, beans--are elevated to an exotic unctuousness. So yummy. And the place sparkles!

This restaurant is a wonderful hidden gem in Fort Collins. We enjoyed three vegetarian dishes, including aashak, potato bollani and burrani (our favorite!) and were impressed with the amazing flavors and variety. The owner provided excellent service, too. We will definitely be back!

As good as it gets. My staple for delicious Afghani food and exceptional service. The owner, Sayed Sayied, is warm and hilarious. So wonderful to have some cultural diversity in Fort Collins. My favorite restaurant in town by far.
