Maza Kabob is a must try in Fort Collins. Family owned and great food I wouldn't hesitate to send my family or close friends.

This Afghan cuisine is different but familiar. The food is fresh and fairly healthy (not a lot of creams or sauces). Call ahead for take out or sit and wait to be served. This is not a fancy establishment though. Plastic ware, baskets, and paper napkins help keep the food cost more reasonably priced. Great portions, lots of flavor, and... More

This was a lunch visit and we ordered the combination lunch special of chicken Kofta for $7.49. Other lunch specials were only $5.95. Both the the ground beef kabob and the chicken were very tasty, cooked perfect and the meal was served piping hot. The portions were appropriate for lunch although we really would have liked two of the beef... More

We visited Maza Kabob last night for dinner and the food was wonderful. This was our first visit but it won't be our last. The restaurant is casual, you order at the counter and they bring the food on plastic plates to the table but it is freshly cooked to order. We shared a kabob plate and an eggplant plate.... More

The owner greeted us when we came in and explained the menu. He's very proud of the restaurant and wants everyone to enjoy their food. We had chicken and beef kabobs, along with the dumplings. I liked the chicken kabobs best; my husband loved everything. If you like hot food, ask for the red chile sauce--my husband loved it.

I've been a FOCO local for a decade now. I noticed Maza Kabob from its big red lettered sign. For years I never ate there or had interest until I decided to try it tonight, which is why I created a trip advisor account. This is the BEST food I've had in a while. I was blown away! Get the... More
