Flavorful food

My husband and I have eaten at Maza Kabob twice. The maza (beef) kabob is our favorite. We didn't care for the nann. To us it tasted like pizza dough. It is not a full service restaurant, you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. It isn't fancy, the plates and utensils are... read more

Loved the food, very flavorful. The beef that is used for the kabobs taste as good as ribeye, very tender most likely sirloin though, it's very lean. The chicken kabob was very tasty and not dry. The owner wouldn't tell me how he kept the chicken breast so juicy said it was a secret. Yes there are no waiters and... More

Coming into the restaurant looking to get a full taste of their food, they were very kind and helped set up a great spread to enjoy. The food was as high of quality as their service. A wonderful place to stop in for a quick kabob or enjoy a full dinner.

Delicious, delectable, tender meats. Other food also very good. Kabobs served over rice and a sort of curry with potatoes. Na'an is a little under par

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at this unpretentious restaurant in Fort Collins. I love to try the food in these places and I was not disappointed. The kabobs were delicious and so was the eggplant dish. We left feeling good.

Yes, the food was good, yet over priced for the style of restaurant. No waiters. You order and pick up form a window or they bring it to you. So many wonderful restaurants in Fort Collins that have more atmosphere, with lighting, color, music, carpeting. This has none of that. We ate here once and have never gone back, though... More

Went here for dinner on a whim. Owner and staff are friendly as can be, overly welcoming and warm. The food was delicious. Decent price for the portion size, and the flavors are amazing. Personal favorite is the maza kabob (so far) The atmosphere is welcoming, warm cultural music playing that is enjoyable and not to loud to inhibit conversation.... More

Once again TripAdvisor didn't disappoint! We had yummy chicken kabob and the eggplant entrée. Can't wait to return and try the rest of the menu! So great that Maza is prospering, tired of the usual burger/Italian/Mexican options!

But not truly exceptional. The chicken kabob was overdone and dry; beef better. Rice...well...was rice. Sides otherwise were very good, and tasted freshly made. Extremely cordial staff, and very clean. I'd return, but I don't think I'd do a long road trip to eat there. No liquor license, so it's soda, water, and tea only.
