The only Sad Panda here is the local beer from Horse and Dragon on tap. While I tried it, and liked it, I fancied the Magic Bean from Odell Brewing Company more, at least for round 1. This is a quaint little coffee shop, although not so little. It's more of a coffee house. Cause it's literally in a house.... More

Looking for good food in a new location is always lots of fun. We did it by looking for a place close to the CSU campus, with a unique look or appeal. So the wild boar caught our eye. Great place for breakfast, soup, or just coffee!

Stopped in on recent Sunday for lunch and found a long line to order and each table taken with one student studying. Finally located a table outdoors but found the loud College Ave street noise distracting and not conducive to a conversation with our friends. My wife thought her pork tamales were good. My turkey and spicy hummus wrap was... More

Stepping inside the Wild Boar makes you wonder at first if you should wait for the homeowners to greet you. The Boar's owners did a great job of keeping the original rooms mostly intact, so when you are enjoying a cup of their great coffee and breakfast- or lunch- you can settle down in the room that fits your mood... This is where I would hang out, eat great food, drink their bottomless coffee and study. Actually this restaurant might induce me to go back to school. Vegetarian options

This is a GREAT local coffee place that also sell lots of tasty sandwiches and breakfast items. There is lots of seating upstairs and downstairs, as well as out on the patio. (Perfect for pets) It is in a beautiful historic home and the crew is fun and helpful. Easy walk to/from CSU campus and conveniently located on College Ave.... More

Good sandwiches and salads. Love sitting on patio, but inside has character (old home). Decent prices.

I've been here a couple times, great place for an informal meeting over coffee, or beer/wine in the afternoon. Had a two hour meeting with my team for less than $5 per person and the coffee was awesome and the wifi was free (included). I'll be back!

I attended a meeting in this amazing house/restaurant. The house was converted into a business in 2007 and has flown high ever since. Located on College Ave near campus this adorable place has homemade food, hot apple cider and a warm inviting atmosphere. This house has various rooms to meet, fireplaces, sunny porch and outdoor seating! It's lovely.
