Description: The time has finally arrived for beer and food lovers alike to rejoice! Gravity 1020, a Modern Tavern inside The Fort Collins Brewery is bringing an innovative, hand-crafted, and modern approach to comfort food classics. In the spirit of The Fort Collins Brewery and their philosophy of creating only the most distinctive and finely crafted beer, Gravity 1020 extends the same ideals of innovativeness and creativity to a plate of food. Gravity 1020’s kitchen is specifically designed to cook to order. We do not have a walk-in freezer, steam table or microwaves, ensuring that not a single bit of food is made until it is ordered. This means higher quality and better tasting ingredients served on your plate, poured in your glass and raised in your neighborhood. Although Gravity 1020 is located inside a brewery, beer is not the only libation we serve. We understand our guests have a variety of preferences and are pleased to offer a comprehensive wine list and full bar to accommodate a wide range of tastes. Whether it’s a crisp Colorado Riesling, one of our infused vodka martinis, or a growler of beer to-go, we have what your thirsty for. Gravity 1020, a Modern Tavern and The Fort Collins Brewery aspires to be the magnet that pulls people together in celebration of local pride and sense of community. We at Gravity 1020 can’t wait to pour you a pint and serve you a taste of Colorado!

Quite possibly the best casual restaurant in Fort Collins. Great fresh local food. Excellent beer and food pairings. You basically sit in the brewhouse and see the whole operation! Super friendly staff!

Fort Collins, home to so many Micro Breweries, this one is a great standout. Fresh locally sourced food, and fresh beer, what more does one need. Sitting outside in November was a real treat. The food was delicious and the beer selection great.

This restaurant is inside of the Fort Collins Brewery. The food is really good, especially the burgers. Red Banshee is one of there best beers.

We enjoyed our lunch here, although I feel like it's a little expensive for what you get, and there are plenty of lower cost options in town. But the food is good and we like the beer, too!

Stopped in for drinks and some small plates. Had the bacon wrapped pretzel bread. It was really great dipped in the beer cheese soup. Tasty! Also ordered the perogies. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Great service.

Went to Gravity at the Fort Collins Brewery for the first time. We had a large group of 40 people as part of a trainging hosted by the city of fort collins. I was impressed from the very begining. They had apparently just moved into this larger space a year or so ago. It starts with a cool building that... More

We stumbled upon Gravity 1020 while visiting a couple of breweries in Ft Collins one afternoon. The food was great. Just simple soup and salad for both of us - but they were fantastic! We shared a small sampler of beers and enjoyed each of them. The service was fine...the restaurant wasn't very busy while we were there, so food... More

Poor service, weak ambiance, so-so beer. Really puzzled why this place has such good reviews. We were passing through town and thought we couldn't go wrong - we were wrong. Spare yourself and go elsewhere in Fort Collins.

This is a popular relatively new place in Fort Collins. We unfortunately didn't think to make reservations so we waited awhile. For an appetizer we had the shrimp and grits--very tasty. The menu is heavy on cheese and fried foods but we found some dishes: my husband had the shepherd's pie, which he said was way above average; I had... More

Went for the beer ended up enjoying the food the most. Beer is good but the food is great. Co-worker also enjoyed the food and selection of beers.
