Romantic spot with great food, music and cocktails

We stopped into AG while on vacation in FOCO. It is a little jazz club/restaurant that is located in the basement so it has a stairway off of the street. From the time I opened the door, I knew I would love it. It is small with a piano at the far end and cozy booths and tables along the... read more

This restaurant is THE best kept secret in Fort Collins. Ray is astounding behind the bar. The food is top notch. Desserts are awesome. And the music, service, and ambiance are 5 star. It is WORTH the effort to find it!

This is one of the most enjoyable meals we've had in a long time. This is a swanky little piano bar in the basement of a historic hotel. Food offerings are tapas, flatbread, and entree meals. The bar is one of the most well stocked I've seen with an extensive drink menu. All of our food choices were outstanding and... More

The bar is beautiful with an speak easy sort of feel. The bartender knows everyone who has been in there before. They also have local jazz players on certain nights of the week. The drinks are well made and the food is great, but small portions and expensive prices.

While I was sad we did not visit on a jazz night, I thoroughly enjoyed Ace Gillett's. I went to grab a couple of drinks with a small group of friends to celebrate my birthday. The variety of specialty drinks was great and delicious. The waitress was helpful in recommending drinks based on taste preferences. She was so wonderful and... More

Last night was only the second time I had been to Ace Gilletts and like the first time a few years ago, I was happy I went. My daughter and I shared the Burratta & Beets to start and then chose the Wagyu Slidders and the Black Angus Flat Iron Steak for our entrees. All delicious, yet I think the... More

Looking for a dark, romantic spot where the wait staff dresses up and jazz music plays? Ace Gillett's reminds me of an old-timey hang-out with its dimly-lit atmosphere and wood interior. But the food and the drinks aren't old or stuffy! The food is creative and everything we had was at least very good, if not outstanding. The drinks were... More

We stayed in the Armstrong hotel above the bar/restaurant and went down for a night cap after dinner. The setting was surprisingly warm and inviting. It's dim lighting was really relaxing and the drink options were unlimited due to the extensive selection of liquor, wine, and beer. They offer live music most nights of the week and the setting and... More

Visited this place while in town for my niece's graduation. Found the place to be hoppin and cozy at the same time. The musicians were incredible and so was the service. Drinks were superb. All in all a great find!

Stopped in on a Saturday night with friends. We had drinks and several appetizers. The bar menu was pretty diverse and the drink menu offered a variety of choices. Ace Gillett's might be hard to find because it's a sub-level restaurant. I'll go back and try it again for sure.
