Great weekend hang out - below ground jazz atmosphere. Wonderful appetizers and cocktails, and great live jazz.

A mid week visit on a snowy night and we could get in immediately. In fact, there was only one other table and it was odd because this place seems perfect for a crowd. Slick, big city place reminiscent of a fancy club. I would have never guessed that from the name. We ordered some small plates and they were... More

We stopped in for a drink on December 23. We were disappointed there was no jazz band, but there was a gentleman playing the piano and he was pretty good. It is a rather small and intimate bar, but service was super slow. We sat at one of the tables and it was about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to... More

Ace Gillet's is wonderful fun. It's what I would imagine a speakeasy was like without the cool password. Great food, drinks, and entertainment.

First visit after walking by countless times. Arrived during happy hour, enjoyed a few drinks. Our party of 4 ordered an array of appetizers, all excellent. Bill was a bit higher than anticipated, but overall really enjoyed visit.

Ace's is a very well kept secret in Ft Collins and is a great place to take someone to a place that they have probably never been. The food is very good and the ambiance is just as good. Some times when there is live music it tends to to be a little to noisy to converse. The crowd is... More

Ace Gillett's is our favorite restaurant in Fort Collins. The dishes are just the right size and the quality of everything we have sampled there is outstanding. My husband's favorite is the sliders and they are the best that we have eaten anywhere. My personal favorite is the duck confit and polenta. The duck is cooked to perfection, tender and... More

Very cool place, great cocktails, cool jazz, great vibe. You'd expect to see the Sinatra and the Rat Pack sauntering in with their friends. I'll go back the next visit for sure

In the basement area of the Armstrong. Feels like the early 50's. Nice bar, tables, large chairs, and lighting low. Staff very friendly and helpful. Over 21 crowd. Had a jazz band. Did not eat, but went for after dinner drinks. Bartenders could make anything and many neat drinks on menu. Kind of loud close to band.
