Some of the best cocktails (and some of the strangest that are awesome) in Foco. It gets a little cramped and tight and you won't get a lot of visiting done but that's because of the live music on weekend nights that is really great.

Wonderful Food! Wonderful Drinks! Wonderful Service!! Wonderful Atmosphere!! We were staying in the Armstrong Hotel, over Thanksgiving, so had to stop in at Ace Gillett's, which is in the basement of the hotel. Had a topas and drink Friday night before bed. As with most places, Friday and Saturday nights are pretty busy and loud. A little hard to have... More

Wonderful food, cocktails, and music in the basement of the Armstrong. Nice to dress up and enjoy the refined ambience. Get there early! Had wait lists both Friday and Saturday nights.

Love this place........like the way it is underground. Live jazz is always good, and they have a great drink menu! Service is good as well.

Easy to miss, the entrance is thru the small lobby of the Armstrong Hotel on S. College Avenue. The bar is downstairs in a nicely-dimmed well-decorated space. Appetizers and entrees are small and not inexpensive, but well prepared and beautifully presented, and my companions' cocktails were very good. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. Our server was friendly and... More

The Ambiance: is seductive. A gently lit space with soft flowing fabric on the walls. Traditional curved bar that pulls you in and invites you to join others at the bar. The Staff: is warm. Friendly bartenders that are genuine and pleasant. Nothing is a bother to them. Need a bit more soda water in the blend? Let me take... More

This place has the most delicious drinks in town! Their bartenders are great, and always have good recommendations for new drinks to try. Their small plates are good, too. This is our go-to place for drinks and appetizers before we go out to dinner.

Great for entertainment and snacks, but not for a meal. Everything here is great except the price for the price and quantity of meals. Staff was friendly, attentive, and you are not forgotten. Music was great, only problem was that the crowd noise overpowered it a lot of the time. Friendly customers, other patrons visited with others. Do not go... More

Ace Gillett's is tucked in the basement of the Armstrong Hotel and is nice quiet place to grab a drink and listen to some great music, like jazz. A must stop if you are looking for a small, intimate place to spend an evening.

My Wife and I visited Ace Gillett's on a recent visit to Ft. Collins. Two visits, once for drinks and snacks, and once again for a late drink. The atmosphere is that of stepping back in time to low lighting and jazz.. A long list of special martinis and cocktails. Service was superb. We had appetizers, Potato fries with asiago... More
