Went to Snooze because it was the one place open (we were an hour ahead in our bodies). I had quinoa porridge. Loved it! Went back every day. They also have fun breakfast drinks and great service. A must stop!

Snooze is by far the best breakfast restaurant around. Their prices ares fair for what you get (especially for the gluten free items) and everything is amazing! However you will often find yourself waiting a very long time, they need to expand!

homemade, natural, organic ingredients and lots of fun options to choose from. Our kids love it (ages 12-17), and mom and dad loved it too. Good bloody mary's also! Fun place!

Hit Snooze coming and going on our week long road trip. Great food, friendly service, consistent quality food. Tried the pancake flight, the pancake of the day, chorizo was amazing. My favorite was the pancake with diced pineapple, sweet and savory!

this is one of my family's favorite breakfast/brunch spots in Fort Collins, which has good restaurants aplenty. while we have had to wait every time we've gone there, they allow you to grab coffee or buy a quick mimosa which makes the waiting quite tolerable. and the food is worth the wait. I've tried many items on the menu and... More

We waited until Monday morning for breakfast here, not wanting the crazy wait times Sunday brunch seems to have. We got seated right away, and the service was great for the whole meal. We had a hard time narrowing down our choices from the menu, as there are so many unique and interesting combinations (whoever thought breakfast is just eggs... More

We had a difficult time deciding what to order, everything looked so yummy. We decided to share an order of scrambled eggs with bacon, caramelized onions and goats cheese (they use amazing goat's cheese) and the OMG French Toast. I don't like to use these types of abbreviations, but OMG is a very apt description and name for this. While... More

As I was waiting the one hour wait Memorial Day morning I kept saying to myself, "there's no way this will be worth it." I never wait in line for eggs...but after having Snooze's...I will wait again (and again.) We were finally seated (there's coffee while you wait) and were greeted promptly and well caffeinated very soon after. I was... More

Every once in awhile I'm up for an early Sunday morning breakfast. Snooze opens at 7:00 am and if you arrive before 7:30 you may still be able to get a booth, by 8:00 am the place if filled. I ordered a half portion of the French toast with mascarpone. Delicious! Could have eaten a full order.

So the wait staff is fairly nice. They can be a little too hurried but they seem to be extremely knowledgeable. Breakfast burrito is not something to order but the pancakes are great; more of a dessert than really a meal. Not very healthy so I would grab a tasty small bite & wait to grub for lunch.
