Stopped here on a whim with my boyfriend before leaving Fort Collins- what a score! First off, the atmosphere was great; cute decor and lots of natural sunlight. We opted to sit at the bar, bartender was friendly and helpful. COFFEE WAS AWESOME. I seriously regret not buying a bag. Ordered two different types of eggs benedict and a blueberry... More

Had a delicious breakfast here yesterday. Service and wait for table were a 4, food was a 5+! Overall 5. Food came out hot, I had the 3 egg scramble and I told them to put any fresh veggie they had in it. Very good taste. Red pepper, spinach, tomato, onion, cilantro...very tasty and not dried out. Snooze is a... More

Every time we visit to eat, there is always a huge crowd, but for a reason... the food is among the best in Fort Collins. I've had Corned Beef Hash before (amazing) but more recently I had do-it-yourself Spuds Deluxe where I added wild mushrooms and chorizo. It was simple but tasty. My wife had French Toast, and thought it... More

Delicious breakfast and great service. We visited Snooze while we were staying downtown at The Armstrong Hotel. It was a couple of blocks walk. Snooze gets busier as the morning goes on, so prepare for a wait when arriving after 8am on a weekend.

My friend and I went to visit Denver for a long weekend and spent 2 full days in Fort Collins. On a recommendation we tried Snooze for breakfast. The place was packed and for good reason. The staff was prompt and informative, the hot chocolate was fantastic, especially for a cold and windy day in Colorado, and the food was... More

This place can be such a heartbreak for me at times. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the food and the amazing gluten free selection is really the only reason I keep coming back. The service is always terribly slow and the wait staff mostly ignores us the whole time. Once we sat down at a table and no one came around,... More

Delicious specialty pancakes with retro style! Expect a long wait, especially on weekends, but it's worth it.

I visited snooze in the late morning on vacation. They have a large menu with so many different options. You can get a flight of pancakes there, like you are sampling beers. They also have great bloody mary's and other breakfast adult beverages. The breakfast tacos were delicious. If you like meat, definitely add chorizo to them. The pancakes are... More

My sister and brother in-law took me to Snooze for breakfast. I had their peanut butter cup pancake with bacon and eggs. Everything was delicious! My sister had the same thing except with the sweet potato pancakes and loved it. My brother in-law had the daily special pancakes and enjoyed them as well. Long story short you can't go wrong...
