Nothing beats a East Coast bagel. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Gib's does it right. They slather on the cream cheese so it oozes out of the sides, and they have a number of varieties to choose from. You can't help but grab an onion or garlic bagel when the aroma hits you. They serve a variety... More

I have been coming to Gib's for nearly twenty years. The bagels are made the New York way, boiled and baked and they are fantastic. I grew up on bagels in Minneapolis and these are the real deal. When I eat there, I get the NYC sandwich that is a lox, cream cheese, capers and sprouts and I have served... More

Stopped by the Lemay/Harmony location today (10/4/13) to grab a bagel and coffee before work. Seemed understaffed and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. At one point a third employee came in (from break or called in to cover short staff?), never washed his hands, picked his nose, and then proceeded to make my coffee. Gross! When... More

I absolutely loved the food at Gib's. I was quite honestly, not expecting much. Nothing against bagels outside of NY but c'mon.... there is nothing like a real NY bagel. These people do an amazing job while staying true to Colorado. We had bagels with sandwiches and with just cream cheese. It was all delicious. I think next time I... More

Super good bagels and bagel sandwiches! Prices are a little on the high side, but quite reasonable given the quality of the food. Service is excellent. You can get in and out quickly even when it's busy.

Having grown up on Jewish food, Gib's fills the place in my heart and stomach. The owner, Mike, has taken the lead in this are for true New York bagels from the original owner, Gib and kept the tradition alive. I like the lox the best, and the selection of fresh bagels is great.

Always good but always slow. One can grow old waiting for a simple order to arrive at the checkout counter. I would go more frequently if checkout could be streamlined especially since the area where one waits is quite small and gets very crowded. Why would it take 15 minutes to get a simple bagel, no other ingredients or preparation?

I love the selection of bagels and the large number of varieties of sandwiches (breakfast and lunch) that you can order. The bagel sandwiches are actually quite delicious, and among the best I've ever had. I have actually been a patron of Gibbs for years in Fort Collins, but for the last five or so only eat there rarely for... More
