Interesting atmosphere, good food a bit pricy and a little more fancy than what we usually do. You receive a lot of food, more than what one person can eat. Cooked very well, seasoned perfectly. I didn't care for the fact a 20% gratuity was added to our bill, I think over $33 for a tip is a little much.... More

Very good atmosphere and even better food. Worth the price. Delicious desserts. I had the lamb chops and filet. Wife had the fish special and our friend the chicken.

Tyler was a great server. We had the petite filet. It was to die for. My wife's medium well was perfect. A true high quality steak that had all the tenderness of a filet and was cooked to perfection. My medium rare was juicy and exceptionally tender. I had the heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella cheese was really wonderful. The cost... More

We celebrated our anniversary at this classy restaurant. Canyon Chop House came highly recommended by many locals as one of the best in the town. Service was great, which was the best aspect of our experience. The restaurant is in an old bank (not charming "old", but maybe 60's or 70's old) so the outside looks odd, but the inside... More

We had a 'deal', so came to celebrate my husband's B day. Service is very attentive and knowledgeable, food yummy...coffee really well prepared Dazbog. Bread and butter super. The only flaw- prices.I know, people say it's worth it, but we can't afford it, unless we have a deal.Otherwise, we'd be regulars.

We have enjoyed the Pomme William and seared spinach sides at the Chop House on several occasions. On this visit I asked Berkeley if the Chef could combine the deep fryer with the spinach to create a "crisped spinach" side I have only seen offered at a restaurant in New Zealand many years ago. She said she would ask the... More

I had purchased a Groupon Voucher for this restaurant but didn't read the fine print. I couldn't use it for Happy Hour. However we decided to celebrate our Anniversary here. We did go to Happy Hour which I thought was reasonably priced for drinks & appetizers. We shared a cheese plate which was fantastic. There were several varieties of cheese,... More

I took my employees to Canyon Chop House for a holiday party. I had been to Chop House previously for work events and had terrible service but my employees wanted to go so I thought I would give it another try. The food is decent but service/management is terrible. At a restaurant of this caliber, I would expect great service.... More

The food was fantastic. The servers were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this as a place to go for couples, business, or with friends.
