After a few so-so meals in town on our first-ever trip to Fort Collins, this was our last evening before leaving and we were so glad we came here! It helped a troubled trip end on a really great note. Caught happy hour pricing on apps and drinks because we came early after beer tasting, then had a great dinner... More

We cannot wait to return. The service was amazing and the appetizers and the entrees were outstanding.

I went here with my girlfriend, and although the food was okay, it was wayyyy overpriced. The entrees we both got were comparable with a much lower priced steakhouse. The service was very good however, as was their wine selection. I would not return however, as I feel you can get a better meal at a better price

We enjoyed our dinner. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Food was plated very nice. The tomato mozarella salad was very fresh. The entrees were a little overlooked, and not quite the caliber I was hoping for, but overall a nice evening.

Interesting atmosphere, good food a bit pricy and a little more fancy than what we usually do. You receive a lot of food, more than what one person can eat. Cooked very well, seasoned perfectly. I didn't care for the fact a 20% gratuity was added to our bill, I think over $33 for a tip is a little much.... More

Very good atmosphere and even better food. Worth the price. Delicious desserts. I had the lamb chops and filet. Wife had the fish special and our friend the chicken.

Tyler was a great server. We had the petite filet. It was to die for. My wife's medium well was perfect. A true high quality steak that had all the tenderness of a filet and was cooked to perfection. My medium rare was juicy and exceptionally tender. I had the heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella cheese was really wonderful. The cost... More

We celebrated our anniversary at this classy restaurant. Canyon Chop House came highly recommended by many locals as one of the best in the town. Service was great, which was the best aspect of our experience. The restaurant is in an old bank (not charming "old", but maybe 60's or 70's old) so the outside looks odd, but the inside... More

We had a 'deal', so came to celebrate my husband's B day. Service is very attentive and knowledgeable, food yummy...coffee really well prepared Dazbog. Bread and butter super. The only flaw- prices.I know, people say it's worth it, but we can't afford it, unless we have a deal.Otherwise, we'd be regulars.

We have enjoyed the Pomme William and seared spinach sides at the Chop House on several occasions. On this visit I asked Berkeley if the Chef could combine the deep fryer with the spinach to create a "crisped spinach" side I have only seen offered at a restaurant in New Zealand many years ago. She said she would ask the... More
