Great food!

This place has a very romantic/adult atmosphere (not so much for kids). It is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. We had the priccuto appetizer, which was very good. I had salmon and my husband had steak. We were very pleased with our meal.

From start to finish this was one delicious dinner. Really nice restaurant with great service, too. WIne list was nice and the meal was amazingly delicious. Slightly off the old town path, but not too far.

We waited at a locked door for our 5PM reservation with a couple who had been there 10 minutes before us. The doors were opened after 5PM with no explanation! The oysters were delightful, the wedge salad was solid, but the entrees left quite a bit to be desired. I think we will wait for several months before we spend... More

Overcooked or undercooked, they won't get it right. Prices are too high to support the quality. Atmosphere is nice, service was so so. The side dinner salad was good, nothing to write mom about. There are far better restaurants in Fort Collins.

After my wife and I had a baby and my birthday was in need of celebration as well as the birth of our new born son. We decided on the canyon chop house . Upon arrival we were greater promptly and our coats were taken . We had a table that was waiting for us even on a Saturday night.... More

Went here for our anniversary last night. I have to say the only excellent part of the meal was the pork belly appetizer. Nothing was bad, but nothing was really awesome either. Our steaks were good, but not great. Certainly not the best, or even in the top 10, steaks I've eaten. The ambiance is fine, but nothing really great.... More

Quality of the food is excellent - best steaks I have ever had in my 58 years of life. Prices are a little high, but in this case you get what you pay for. Cozy environment - excellent service.

Wife and I usually precede a local show with a light dinner out. This was the first time we have been to the Canyon Chop House for a meal in a number of years. Service was a bit slow to get started.....we guessed there was a mixup in assignments. But once it started it was very attentive. We shared our... More

Dined at this restaurant on our trip last weekend.....what wonderful food! Only to be topped by the great service we received from our server, Tyler, was very accommodating to our needs, as we kept adjusting the size of our party, and he very patiently added space and then took away, as the size changed. Appreciated his great service! Food was... More

Yes, it costs some cash to eat here but not as much money as certain other places in the city. Variety of fine food on the menu, nice wine selection. Dinners always superbly prepared. Atmosphere is good, too -- not exactly cozy because the interior lacks a certain warmth, but you have space between tables and can actually talk to... More
