I was introduced to this place by one of the locals and look forward to a meal here every time I visit. The lunch selections are all good. I've had the open faced reuben which sounded a little odd but was very tasty. On my most recent visit I had the chicken panini sandwich and my friend the Mediterranean salad.... More

Had a local recommend this Café for a late lunch, they had nice healthy lunch options which was a nice change from either fast food or bar type fried foods. We ordered a chicken wrap and a half sandwich which came with house chips. Since we felt as if we chose some healthy options, we also shared a PEACH DANISH,... More

We spent a few days in Florence, and started our day at the Pour House for excellent coffee, but moved on to the Aspen Leaf down the block for our morning pastry. I started with their large, moist and fruity but not over sweet bran muffin, which was an excellent choice. My companion chose the cheese danish, and once I... More

We stopped antique hunting and had lunch in this small restaurant and were pleasantly surprised how good it was. Our meals (turkey panini and a spinach quiche) were both quite good and the key lime pie was worth the trip. The staff is very helpful with one of them circulating to check on you and refilling your beverage if needed.... More

Super people, great atmosphere and delicious food. I had the breakfast burrito, which had some wonderful flavors. Others had the quiche and biscuits and gravy. We don't often get biscuits and gravy, as most restaurants tend to skimp on the sausage. The gravy had plenty of sausage, so with a splash of hot sauce, it was yummy. Both ordered half... More

This is a good lunch break when antique hunting in Florence. Good sandwiches and the pastries look wonderful. Neat old building and the staff is very considerate.

Great food and very good coffee. Lovely pastry. Great proprietor. A few gifts too. I bought a birthday card and sat down for coffee while writing my birthday wishes.

I like the food and I like the decor. My husband likes the pastries. It's a wonderful place for lunch or for coffee and a sweet.

Visited the Aspen Leaf in downtown Florence for lunch in December of 2013. This is a great little bakery where you can get a good sandwich and they also have a variety of desserts / pastries. Located on Main street in Florence in the middle of town. The staff is very helpful.

...but if you want anything else, I'd go elsewhere. Breakfast (which they really don't have--just breakfast burrito and a few sandwiches) was over and I didn't want sweets so I ordered the spinach feta quiche. Probably the worst quiche I've ever had. Spongy texture. Cold in parts, lukewarm in others. No taste except the sweetness of the crust -- I'm... More
