Ordered the burrito, it was really good and the service was excellent. This was a very nice treat at the end of our vacation. Wish we would have found this place sooner.
We went to this place over the 4th of July weekend. We had breakfast, I did not try the tamales. I did try the green chile. What a horrid beige, flour tasting mess that was. My dead grandmother could make better. I had the biscuits and gravy which were ok. My friend ordered a side of pancakes in which she... More
While the tamales that they had were good. I don't think that an hour wait for them was worth it. They had only one waitress and the poor lady was doing the best that she could. If there are more than two cars in front, I would keep driving.
Ok, so my review here is strictly for Dorothy's tamales. They are amazing. We recently got a batch with 6 different varieties and all were great. the bison were my favorite. Each came with a specific sauce (green chile, red chili, bison chili) to pair with. I'm not going to lie, I didn't stick to the recommended pairing. We had... More
Best tamales & pork green chili we've ever had! So much shredded beef in my burrito I almost couldn't eat it all. The homemade salsa if great too!
Went here to bowl & eat lunch with my family on a snowy day during christmas break. Ordered nachoes with green chili. They were plain tortilla chips with shredded cheese and green chili on top, slightly warmed, cheese wasn't even melted. Tried to order tacos only to find out they were out of taco meat, settled for a buffalo burger.... More

I really enjoyed the shredded beef burrito with green chili sauce, but the tomales are off the charts great (that is the real specialty)! The soapapillias were just the perfect ending. After visiting with the husband, I... More
What Dorothy's lacks in restaurant atmosphere (it's in the bowling alley), it makes up for with delicious Mexican food and small-town charm. I LOVE tamales, and Dorothy's are some of the best I've ever tried. There are several options including veggie, cheese, bison, pork or chicken ... and that's just the filling. Then you have options for your sauces. On... More
