We actually ate here twice on a recent short visit to Evergreen we liked it so much. The menu is very interesting and extensive and includes exotic as well as more expected dishes. My spouse and I loved the tempura frog legs. They were prepared perfectly and served with a very fresh cabbage slaw. Serving sizes are generous and prices... More

Ate at Saigon Landing this weekend, it was packed! The food is delicious! I have tried many items on the menu and all are outstanding and the prices are reasonable. Splurge on the crispy rolls or spring rolls; they are both delicious. Saigon does a perfect job on the vegetarian, GF choices. There is a great wine selection that will... More

This place was recommended by an artist at the gallery on the main drag in Evergreen after spending the day on Mt. Evans. The portions were generous (plenty to share). The decor is a little funky with a mix of Asian and mountain town ambiance. The rain prevented deck dining during this visit, but maybe on a return visit. The... More

Great Vietnamese and Asian cuisine! We dine here several times a year and have never been let down. The menu is expansive and the service is usually very reasonable.

We were passing thru and GPS'd Asian food and found this jewel. The bldg. and décor are beautiful, the food even more impressive. The menu choices should suit any Asian cuisine lover. We shared a seafood combo appetizer and a seafood entrée...both were great. Will definitely add them to our favorite's list.

Another reviewer mentioned this: the "main guy" there was not pleased that we wanted to sit outside on a perfectly pleasant Colorado afternoon. There was already another couple out there; does he not want to walk "all that way" out there? And the view from the patio is lovely, overlooking Evergreen, so do try it if you go. Food is... More

We'd been meaning to visit Evergreen, CO having heard that it's a quaint, artsy mountain community. When we arrived in town, we walked the main street and checked out all of the small shops (mostly closed, oddly enough considering that this is the height of tourist season). Towering above the main road in a Victorian-style converted home is Saigon Landing.... More

We tried this place on our first night in town. The beautiful building itself becons you, and several people recommended it. The food was good, and the menu offered good selections. What we liked most was our waiter. His English was sketchy and required extra attention on our part to communicate, but he did everything with a smile and a... More
