The Bistro is the best restaurant I've been to up in the Evergreen area. It's fine dining, so it's not a place we go to very often, but the food is incredible. I love the ambiance there, and the service is always great. I can't wait until my next visit!

I LOVE the Bistro Restaurant on Highway 73 between Conifer and Evergreen. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is really great and the food is wonderful. They need a better wine list but the food and other bar beverages makes up for that. The owner/chef usually walks about and visits with customers to make sure they are completely... More

It always nice to find a wonderful restaurant in an unexpected place. This restaurant is in a very historic building dating back to the 1920s. However, the food, drink, and service is nicely upscale.

We live in the area and eat at The Bistro regularly. The owner usually greets you herself and the service is impeccable. They have a wonderful menu in addition to rotating specials. They have the best beet salad I have ever eaten. Pasta dishes are unique and the game and duck dishes are fantastic. You really can't go wrong no... More

We heard they have a good happy hour and they do ! We were not looking for a full dinner so trying the app menu was perfect for us. By 5 PM they were already doing a brisk business, a good sign....We sat in the busy bar area and each had a glass of wine and then an app. I... More

Great food, rustic romantic atmosphere. My husband and I came here for a romantic dinner while in the area for our honeymoon. Was recommended to us by our innkeeper of the bed & breakfast we were staying at. Were not disappointed.

We had the pleasure of dining at The Bistro last evening as part of a celebration of friend's 30th wedding anniversary. I don't know why we have never been there before because it was wonderful. I had these lovely ravioli in a delightful cream sauce, my husband had a pot roast that melted in your mouth. To top it off... More

Really varied menu w/lots of choices, a bit pricey but good for a special occasion. Filet mignon the best 2 of our party said they ever had. All the food fantastic. Only complaint was excruciatingly slow service on a night when restaurant wasn't even full, and it was restaurant week so they s/have been more on top of it, we... More
