Incredible Christmas Eve Meal

We just got back from an amazing holiday dinner at The Bistro!! Food was amazing, and service was very attentive. Loved the little touches such as the paper crowns and rum balls in a gift box to take home. Will definitely return!

We were blown away by our service here. Our waitress had amazing edict. We both ordered the 3 course meal. Our appetizers were the Duck Patte, and the mussels. The mussels were amazing. The duck patte was an experience. Our main courses were a lobster special and I ordered the Italian dish with the lamb meat balls and gnocchi. My... More

We usually celebrate special occasions at the Bistro. We will be having Christmas Eve dinner there again this year. Lovely old log building with a great menu.

We were going to a 5280 dinner in Denver, when snow made it impossible to get there. The Bistro took us in without a reservation, and gave us a marvelous evening of great food and wine. We have been back many times and have always had a very good meal. Sarah and her husband the cook, have a great business... More

Have eaten dinner once but have had brunch many times. Start with a spicy Bloody Mary excellent. Brunch choices are not the norm but have always been enjoyed by everyone.

There are not a lot of fine dining restaurants in Evergreen but the Bistro is one of them and usually delivers. We went on Lobster night and it was a great night out with friends.

Service rocked, food B+, but the duck pate was fantastic! Good wine list that was unexpected for this location. I would go back!

We sat at a table next to the window, nice view. Nice atmosphere in the dining area, a neat bar area as well. salads were good, several to choose from. Entree listing also very nice- some steaks, some seafood, some neat options such as Pot roast, Pork short ribs (very BBQ-y), Pork chop. Our entrees were very good, very satisfying.... More

Six of us enjoyed dinner here for our last evening in Evergreen. Fish, lamb, and duck was ordered by most and everyone was very happy. I had the riccotta gnocchi appetizer as a main course and it was amazing!! Service was very professional and friendly. Note: you cannot bring your own wine for a corkage fee in this area, but... Been here a few times, food on average is consistant. Whenever we call for reservations, always seems uncertain. Modest wine list. I know sometimes people have off days, but wasnt quite sure who was cooking this night as orders seemed to come out all at once including apertizers after the main entre's , the hostess barely greeted us took us to...
