Colorado - Beef - you would want to pride yourself on branding just the right cut of beef. Sadly, that was not the case, and for the price. Treat yourself and head off to Eddie Merlots for a 5 ***** steak and atmosphere. Nummy

Have never had a bad meal here. Their menu is extensive, and includes delicious non steak options too. Wine menu is yummy too - great place for a business dinner or date night.

We were a party of 4, we started our meal with crab cake appetizers and shrimp cocktail. Excellent choices and followed with a variety of steak selections. All the steaks cooked perfectly and sides were excellent too. No room for dessert. Menu is ala carte so be prepared. Our waiter was very attentive, the noise level was low, highly recommend... More

There are many steakhouses in the Denver Tech Center, almost all along the I-25 corridor. As a local businessman, I have frequented all of them numerous times. My wife and I went to Fleming's last night, her first time there. She raved about it, and I was pleased that she liked it there. What makes it the best in South... More

We have SO many steak houses in Denver, each must really set themselves apart to earn diners' dollars. Fleming's has gone down in recent years. The quality and the quantity have diminished while the prices have gone up. There are many steakhouses which offer better food, prime cuts of steak, and better pricing.

My husband and I visited Flemings yet again this week. As always it was fabulous They were running a Monday three course meal, which I have not seen before. It was superb. I had lobster as I have had before and it was awesome. My husband had a prime ribeye. He said it was cooked to perfection. By the way,... More

I am writing to correct a wrong! I first wrote about our anniversary dinner we had there (in September) because at that time the service was unsatisfactory, along with other issues BUT this time I am telling everyone just how MAGNIFICENT our return visit was. The manager, Jennifer Black, contacted us and offered us a dinner on her so they... More

My wife and I decided to try Flemings. We are fans of good steak, but we were very disappointed. By price, this is clearly a high-end steakhouse. Service and food quality do not live up to the prices. My wife ordered a small filet and I ordered the short-ribs. Her filet was cooked well, but incredibly small and served on... More

They know how to cook a filet rare, and it's still like butter to cut and eat. Side of creamed spinach is excellent too, and the wine list is superb.
