Hello....had business dinner this past Monday nite, 4 people. In the past, this place rocked. I haven't been in for a year. Thought I'd give you (Brooks) some helpful hints as I know you can do better. The décor is dated and needs to be refreshed, add some swankiness or just a re-do to update. Had musty smell as well.... During past restaurant weeks we have gone to all the other top end Steak restaurants. The football guys, the national names etc... I can not think on any of them which provides a better meal than Brooks. Everything was excellent. The warm bread will ruin a no carb diet. We have never had a better tasting, tender filet. The dessert... More

We went here for restaurant week. This week is a good opportunity to try new restaurants.the food was good, the service ok, but really nothing special about it that I would go back for. The decor is dated.Feels like the place my grandparents would like.

We loved our experience at Brooks. Our waiter was hilarious (Paul from Philly) if you are a sports fan he has lots of great stories, and also provided excellent service. We went in on a Monday so there wasn't a big crowd. We arrived during happy hour so we sat in the bar area and had a drink and appetizer... More

The steaks are great but they are expensive for what you get. Bar not well stocked, I asked for a Corona which was on the menu, they came back to say sorry not in stock; so I tried Paulener, the same; next Heineken, the same; finally they had Stella Artois. Finally, one of the staff was abrupt to the point... More

We went to Brooks with another couple for the annual 5280 event in the Denver area. The restaurant staff was very clearly unprepared for the SRO crowd. Clearly the staff aloud overbooking. Although we had a reservation we had to wait about 45 minutes - unacceptable for a restaurant in this supposed category. The huge crowd waiting at the front... More

Been to Brooks many times - its my go-to steakhouse. Service is always outstanding and the food is never disappointing. Will not hesitate to come back again and again.

We ate here for the 5280 and the meal was quite good--sliced tenderloin that was exceptionally lean and tender served with a mushroom madeira sauce and sweet, crisp snap peas. Nice! Our server could have used a little more seasoning--didn't really fit the ambience of Brook's. She couldn't "swing" are table of 4 another loaf of bread? The dessert was... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Very good food, excellent service, great atmosphere. Yes, it is spendy but worth it for the relaxing atmosphere and friendly service.
