We recently had a family dinner at the Baca while attending a wedding. The trout was very well prepared and delicious. The server did an excellent job of reading our needs and taking care of us. I would go back if given the opportunity.

The whole Inverness compound is beautiful. Very interesting dining options in multiple places. We were the first to dine on a Sunday night and were seated in a great, quiet, comfortable table. Surprised to hear the Stones being played to a high decibel. Why? It's a weird selection for a fine dining establishment. The server was friendly, courteous and prompt... More

After reading many of the very mixed reviews of this restaurant my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by our Valentine's Day dinner. We had an early 6pm reservation and our host and waitress were both very knowledgeable and pleasant. Service was very good, just a tad bit too fast, as we did not have much time to linger... More

Service is good and the buffet food quality far surpassed my convention toned expectations. The roast beef was especially good as was dessert.

I have been meaning to have dinner here for some time. Well I made it and was truly a pleasant experience. I enjoyed my meal which included the chesse and meat plate. Followed by the the crab wraps bibb lettuce, house-made kimchi, toasted peanuts, dynamite sauce. My main course scallops and short ribs (which we a little over-cooked for my... More

I had two meals here during my stay at the Inverness. The first was the charred buffalo tips and the second meal was halibut. I liked the flavoring and texture of the mashed potatoes that accompanied it, the sauce for the meat was savory but on the sweeter side. The earthy mushrooms were nice as well, the frisée on top... Starting with the service, it felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant -- but wait, we were! In all fairness, it was Thanksgiving Eve. Nevertheless, the service was outstanding. This is billed as a Colorado menu with a Spanish flavor. It's been a while since I was in Madrid, so maybe that is why I had a... More

I ordered the sole, it was tender and was prepared with a nice sauce that complemented but did not overpower the fish.

I loved the food and our server was great! They even allowed me and my friend to stay a bit past closing time so we could chat!
