We moved back to Elizabeth 3 years ago and wondered if this lovely rural town would ever score a really great place to eat. Patience paid off when a long-time local Pizza and basic American food changed hands and got a new menu and chef. The best burgers I have ever had, really perfect pizza and fries my husband and... We went to Cosentino's Aug 7, 2014. It is closed and there is another restaurant there with a different name. It looks like they have a lot of lunch stuff and they said they got a lot of customers on Sunday mornings when the nearby church got out. After looking at the menu we decided it was not a dinner... We have lived in the area for two years and were attracted to the establishment because it looks charming on the outside. Very homey but parking a little challenging. Pizza is its strong point. Breakfast and dinner menu is too limited to return for. We prefer the local Mexican restaurants for both, and going to Parker for much better Italian.... More

I stopped in for lunch as I was winding my way along the back roads back to Denver. This place is very clean. The service was fast and friendly. I went with the luncheon special which was the french dip. It aaas a nice big tasty sandwich. I'll readily go back for an encore if I'm ever passing through this... More

I was very impressed when our group visited this place on a breakfast weekend ride. The breakfast was amazing. Large portions and great presentation. You can tell they take pride in their place. It was clean, friendly and great looking food. I'll be back for sure to try their pizza.

We eat at Cosentinos at least once per week. They offer a great breakfast and we never feel rushed. They also have a great dinner selection. The Pizza is to die for. I ask them to roll it thin (otherwise it is pretty thick) and the veggies are always fresh. The décor could use an update and curtains but the... More

this was recommended by a stranger--and we were not impressed. The Italian sausage sandwich was just not up to any sort of standard and the breakfast omelet was greasy and disgusting. We were sorely disappointed--and it was not inexpensive to say the least

Cosentino's is a great resteraunt to drop by. The pizza was not the best, but the quality of the service and surroundings gave the resteraunt a comfortable feeling. The service was great because they check in to assure you are pleased with your meal frequently. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody because there is a wide variety of food... More
