Bakery if worth a visit

We had already eaten and wanted something sweet. We had seen this place and stopped in for a pastry. Everything looked good and the choice was hard to make. Punted and asked the lady behind the counter what she would suggest. There was a chocolate bar made with layers of pastry and chocolate. I... read more

If you're looking for good service in the morning go somewhere else. They didn't get the orders right, it took forever to get it the food, then we had to beg for the check. We have no intention of going back.

A quaint looking place on the main street, this café style restaurant contains a bakery. The ambiance and service was quite nice. I also enjoyed the live guitarist that was playing. Now, on to the food. My crab and lobster bisque was really strange, non-classic and had a carrot soup texture. The lamb chop main was poorly cut but reasonably... More

Stopped in for a pastry which turned into having a lite lunch. That was a mistake. Tomato soup was garlicky tasting, the ham and cheese croissant was skimpy on the ham and cheese. It was a zero with my husband who left half his food behind. Only exception was he liked the bread that came with his soup. The pastry... More

Pastry we picked up for dessert was awful. Cardboard crust which was too thick and too hard. Filling ordinary at best and the prices would have been steep if the pastry was good, but for the poor quality, the price was truly outrageous. Won't be back to this place.

We stopped in for lunch: quiche was dry, tomato soup was watery and underseasoned, veggie sandwich was ok. Expensive for lunch, especially with poor quality of food we were served. I will say the service and coffee were good.

Pastries looked delicious, were pricey, but the looks were very deceiving. Glad I had only purchased two because they had little or no taste at all.

We wanted pastry and some breakfast while on vacation. Stopped here due to all the recommendations, well 1/6 of a quiche $17, 2 pieces of French toast $13, REALLY! $77 for a breakfast for 4, and my wife and I split 2 eggs and 2 pastries. Pastries were very good, but don't fall for breakfast. Oh and a fountain soda... More

Excellent food in a great location. LOVED the decor! Needed a few more waiters in our opinion but overall was excellent. Definitely buy some pastries, breads and their homemade jam to take with you! You'll be glad you did!
