This family-run restaurant serves fare from Guadalajara, totally different from the fare one encounters in the Southwest. My wife and I had the "Molcajete Dinner for two - $27.95" - a sizzling platter of charcoaled chicken, carne asada, pork chops, fish, shrimp and chorizo. And get THIS: not a drop of grease! To add to the fine service and courteous... More

Ok, being from Tucson, it was silly for us to eat here when we know good southoftheborder food...but the chuletas as were indistinguishable from my well worn flip flops, the refrieds were from a giant can, "grilled" chicken strips barely defrosted from the SAMs club pack chicken microwaved, the soup and salad bar added to the meal was really soup... reasonably priced, large portions, wide variety of choices and very flavorful. I had mexican each time we ate here, but others mentioned that the burgers were very good too.

A local recommended this restaurant to us while we were on vacation in Durango. A little hard to find, but just look next to the Best Western Hotel. Their menu is very descriptive, and our server was also happy to explain the details for each dish. I had the Christina's Special with Jumbo shrimp. It was delicious with Green their... More

Went there because it was next to hotel - but we could not have found a better place in all of Durango! We were travel weary, but Chritina's great staff made us feel instantly welcome. They serve local beer on draft. When I asked if fish tacos were on the menu, they said no but they would make them for... More

We went to Christina's for years to enjoy the delicious meatloaf and other menu items not readily available in Durango, and the great holiday buffets. We didn't realize Christina's had changed hands, came in the first week of the new ownership (early i 2013). It is now a Mexican restaurant, and the choices were ok, but seemed like copies of... This place has been around here forever as the restaurant associated with the Best Western motel for myself it was hit or miss sometimes great sometimes not so much. The menu was an eclectic mix of diner fare & a bit more upscale , say Alfredo this or that. It now features great Mexican food similar to Durango's Tequila's with... More

This restaurant is nothing special. Average Mexican food. The wait staff was very nice and accommodating.

They have a full menu and cocktail menu, and a salad and soup bar, which was very good. Right next door to our hotel too!

Christina has always been one of our favorites for breakfast or lunch, but with the new menu that includes many Mexican selections, it is even better. We love the big breakfasts and the Huevos (egg) dishes are very good. They also have more traditional breakfast and lunch fare. They have a nice lounge/bar as well.
