We stayed at the Best Western next door to this restaurant for 4 nights. Their food and presentation was great and the employees were friendly. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here more than once because to the heavy rain. We were on the motorcycles and didn't want to suit up to go anywhere else. They made us feel at... More

We stopped into Christina's Bar and Grill which is located in the Best Western Hotel on US HWY 160 in Durango. We didn't feel like dealing with the crowd downtown for breakfast. We made the right choice, while the place shows some wear and tear the food is top notch. Our Server Francisco was wonderful, and the food portions just... More

We arrived for dinner around 6:30pm and were immediately seated. They took us by a salad bar on the way to the table that didn't look very good. I've never seen a salad bar in a Mexican restaurant. The 3 of us in our party all got some sort of combination that came with beans and rice. The beans seem... More

We thought we were going into a diner for breakfast. Sadly, it was another mediocre mexican restaurant. The salad bar was fresh and tasty with ingredients not normally found on a salad bar like flax seeds. The margaritas were weak and tasteless. The Mexican food was forgettable. I would return for the salad bar alone, nothing else. Odd place.

We choose this restaurant just because it is close to the Best Western in Durango. Well, this is certainly a good choice. Tasty food, it was good.

This family-run restaurant serves fare from Guadalajara, totally different from the fare one encounters in the Southwest. My wife and I had the "Molcajete Dinner for two - $27.95" - a sizzling platter of charcoaled chicken, carne asada, pork chops, fish, shrimp and chorizo. And get THIS: not a drop of grease! To add to the fine service and courteous... More

Ok, being from Tucson, it was silly for us to eat here when we know good southoftheborder food...but the chuletas as were indistinguishable from my well worn flip flops, the refrieds were from a giant can, "grilled" chicken strips barely defrosted from the SAMs club pack chicken microwaved, the soup and salad bar added to the meal was really soup... A local recommended this restaurant to us while we were on vacation in Durango. A little hard to find, but just look next to the Best Western Hotel. Their menu is very descriptive, and our server was also happy to explain the details for each dish. I had the Christina's Special with Jumbo shrimp. It was delicious with Green their... More
