I was told by a local that this was a place to go for a great steak. I first thought they said the Ore house. Well I sure got taken. The steaks price range from $35 and up and that is just the steak if you want anything else it will cost you. Side orders ranged from $6 and up... More

Really good meet - nice and friendly ambiente. We had two main courses and we really got full. They also brought us some really delicious salty muffins while waiting! I would go there again!

If you like filet mignon and have a little extra money to spend, head to Ore House for dinner. The atmosphere is not white-tablecloth, but the food and service is. It's just a comfortable place to eat. And, did I mention that they also have a decent collection of whiskeys/bourbons?

We tried the Ore House which is quite small and is rustic with it's mining theme. We had the calamari which was very good and beef filet's wrapped with bacon, I can say it was perfectly cooked and delicious. They had a decent wine selection. I would definitely go back.

The steaks and sides were great. One of us got the special which was a sirloin that came with potatoes and spinach...and was very reasonably priced ($28 I think). And two of us got the small filets and shared three yummy sides...mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and mushrooms... which was pricey, but in line with the quality of the food. Atmosphere... More

My husband and I went into Ore House on a recent trip to Durango. Brittney was the reason we decided to stay and dine there. Her suggestions were spot on, food was delicious and we will definitely be back! Thank you Brittney for a wonderful dinning experience!

We had dinner at Ore House during our visit to Durango, and although it was a bit pricy, the food was outstanding, as was the service. Top-notch service, and everything from the salad to the main course was very flavorful.

Food quality is very poor for the price that you pay. Also music was very loud and service was poor. Had to ask a few times for sour cream also waited 15 minutes before drink orders were taken. Would not recommend anyone eat there.

From beginning to end, this meal was spot on. The mojitos were superb as was the wine. My husband and I shared a shrimp and crab claw cocktail for our appetizer. Excellent! The mini corn muffins were delicious and the salad was fresh and tasty. The Ore House knows how to present a superior steak cooked perfectly. You can add... More

We ate here twice during our recent trip to Durango. Both nights the food was excellent. The crabs legs that my husband had were wonderful and so were the steaks. Great atmosphere and great service. I would eat here again if I was staying in the area.
