I've eaten her many time before and I've always loved their food. They're staff is amazing as well, one I remember the most was Brittney. She was a great help and never forget an order. The atmosphere has a changed a but from the last time I've eaten there and I really like the change. The food has always been... More

Our food was simply perfect. Steak and chili mac/sparkling wine/ shrimp and crab cocktail. Kristen was a sweet and informative server, all of our needs were met and we would ask for her specifically. We are all smiles. My take on the place…. Happy employees+Amazing food+cozy atmosphere= Perfect Evening

Just to let you know everything is a la carte. Service at the Ore House was great. Because we live close by I knew that the Ore House does a lot of reservations. We had a waitress and a waitress trainee, our drinks stayed full and dinner came on time. Service was spot on. Now in terms of sides, drinks,... More

Wouldn't go back, I think they actually believe that their food is the best quality, why else would they charge that much! The waitress tried to sell us some bs story about house the salmon is caught with only 1 hook.... In the eye socket..... And then frozen to keep from bruising! Really??? And I ordered the surf surf and... More

The Ore House was... fine. Went with a group of four adults on a week night during spring break and experienced exactly what you would expect from a seafood restaurant. The food was fine, but pretty average and a bit pricy. The atmosphere was quiet and our waitress was outstanding. Just fine for a quiet night out but definitely not... More

We visited the Ore House off spec, recommended by Strater Hotel. What a fantastic meal we had, the steaks were stunning, hardly needed a knife they were so tender. It is not cheap I have to admit, but the quality is second to none, and as they say you get what you pay for. With both of us working in... More

We made a reservation at 7:15, but when we arrived our table wasn't ready yet. We were offered a seat at the bar while we waited, and comped a round of drinks. We were in no hurry, and they didn't have to do that, but it was really nice. We definitely appreciated the gesture. We were seated at the first... More

I'm not a Mac & Cheese lover. In fact, I NEVER order it. However, the menu was a little pricey and I wasn't starving so I ordered the Crab Mac & Cheese (it's a side dish and our waitress recommended it) and my finance ordered the Prime Ribeye. We decided we would share and there was plenty of food. The... More

Waitress explained menu was a la carte to help the environment. That way we order only what we want with no waste. This took our bill into a whole new stratosphere which I believe increased global warming immensely in one dinner. To top it off the quality was just not there.
