I have celebrated 4 birthdays at Ken & Sue's. I always go for the Pistachio encrusted Grouper. My husband and son mix it up everytime. We love the food and the service. They also have a nice wine selection and the Martini's are huge and filled to the rim. I'm always amazed how they carry them to the table without... More

We made a reservation but did not specify we wanted the patio. We asked and they were able to seat us outside. We noticed they has large heaters in case of a 'chill' in the air :0) We did not need the heaters. The patio was pleasant - tables not crowded together. It was definitely a pleasant place to dine.... I went out with a bunch of friends to Ken and Sue's , located downtown because of its great reputation. We started off with two appetizers : Pork bellies with brussel sprout s and Kimchee and some Tempura Shrimp Satays,...both were cooked to perfection and went great with our local beer. Then one friend who ate too much had a... More

Reservations are a must during peak dinner times. Suggest you either make them through Open Table or, if you are in Durango two nights, stop by, check out the menu, and book for the next night. Had a nice table in the back, where it is quieter and more private. Menu offers some interesting specials along with a regular choice... More

Had read about this restaurant on Tripadvisor so decided to give it a go. We booked a table on line a couple of days before. On the day of our visit we were a bit early as it was pouring with rain but the staff were great and seated us no problem. A very nice young lady served us and... More

We are Durango "locals", and find Ken & Sue's to be outstanding in all respects. The menu is varied and interesting. A nice touch is the bread basket of fresh baked breads that is brought to customers before the meal. And should you like a drink before your lunch or dinner (a common thing here), be sure to try the... More

Durango has a boatload of restaurant choices, and a handful of high-end places. I think Ken & Sue's is probably the best of the high-end category, and their prices are very reasonable.

Our food was delicious and there is a great wine list. We had reservations and were seated immediately after being greeted at the door. The service was wonderful. If you are in Durango make sure you eat at Ken & Sue's.

It takes a little work to achieve what they provide. Ambience that lends itself to romance, the afterwork chill crowd, the small family celebration, a college student looking for that once a month special, a single shop clerk closing the night. All are welcome. The menu has a few surprisingly delicious choices. The seared tuna appetizer is served with a... More

My husband and I eat dinner at Ken and Sue's last Sat. night. We shared a very good pork belly appetizer, salmon main and two sides. We thought the food and service was quite good.
