Best meal of the week!

Spent 2 nights in Durango as part of a week long visit to the 4 corner area. By far, the best meal of the week was at Ken and Sue's. Took some local word for 'where to eat in Durango?' and did not regret. Nice atmosphere and great service. Place was busy on a Monday night in mid march so... read more

I'm not sure if they were having an off night, or if our waitress was inexperienced. All of our entrees were served room-temperature, as if they had been sitting out for some time, one of the entrees was completely wrong, the Thai Shrimp is very spicy even though our waitress assured us that it would not be spicy at all,... The appetizer was calimarie (squid), that I have had there before but they were trying to throw an asian twist on it that didn't work so well. They put the squid in coleslaw in a paper chinese to go box with an oil-bassed dressing to have an ok vist. On the other hand, the steak was good and enjoyable.

Service was great. Kelsey did a nice job attending to our dining experience. Food was good but did not meet expectations based on other reviews. We had the rigatoni and the Thai shrimp. Neither were memorable. Tea selection was great; they offer local brands. Ambience was very nice. Love the light fixtures.

On a trip through Grand Canyon, over to Page, National Monument Valley, then Durango, we weren't having the best meals, but that changed in Durango. I was tired of Mexican and meat, and there were some good salads and fish choices on their menu. The service was great, we were helped with our travel plans and some locals 'took us... More

Great service (always), good atmosphere and always busy. Menu has not been updated in years, and I mean years… and the food shows. Quality of the food has dropped off in the last couple of years. Last visit the special of the day was skirt steak, and the waiter said you could only order it rare, medium, or well done.... More

We had two vegans with us and the chef and waiter worked hard to accommodate us. Food was excellent and service was fun. Great ambiance on back patio on a beautiful March evening.

We own a business in town and we refer all our guests here because we know that when they return they will rave about the food and sing praises for the service. You can spend $10.00 on a great app or $30 on a great meal and everything in between is terrific including the bread basket!
