We were not very hungry, having had a huge lunch, so shared an appetizer (scallops), salad (Southwestern), and dessert (molten chocolate cake). Everything was delicious and service was excellent. The amount of food including bread turned out to be a lot more than we were expecting and we overate again and took half the salad home for lunch the next... More

The service was very good and so was the food. This is a busy place on the main street. We went on a Thursday night in "off season". We saw a number of people turned away because they did not have a reservation. Make a reservation and enjoy.

Friday is slow roasted prime rib so thought we would give it a try. Had 6:45 pm reservation and was seated immediately. We were warmly greeted right away by our server, Morgan. She had a great personality and seemed to have eyes in the back of her head. Despite being busy with other tables we never wanted for a thing.... More

The scallops appetizer was in inedible due to the amount of salt. The halibut was in a soy sauce that tasted like it was poured right out of the jar. Unfortunately the "chef" decided to still salt the fish and vegetables. I have only had food this salty at chillies restaurant on a college campus cooked by the college kids.... More

I was disappointed we couldn't get an earlier reservation but we took a chance and walked in and they seated us right away on the patio. Filet mignon was a bit tough but the potato lasagna was great. The special was a ravioli stuffed with pork belly and Carmelites onion in a brown butter sauce it was excellent. The tempura... More

This restaurant is wonderful. The food is amazing, the service is always kind, and the restaurant is beautiful. I especially love their seared tuna sandwich and their filet. Also, the molten lava chocolate cake is really to die for. It's a great value for lunch and a beautiful evening fine dining experience. Going to Ken and Sue's is a real... More

We had a good meal here after looking in without a reservation. We arrived at their busiest time so had a bit of a wait for service but that was to be expected. When it did start, service was efficient and very friendly. The food was good and steaks were well presented at reasonable prices. We would recommend it.

We were passing through Durango and wanted a nice meal but more than fast food. We found this place driving through the downtown area, just a couple of blocks from the Silverton train station. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant on the street. We had a shrimp salad which was great, spicy shrimp over rice which was also... More

My wife and I made reservations at Ken & Sue's this past summer after a breathtaking drive on the million dollar highway. Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection. Zach was our server and didn't miss a beat. Do yourself a favor and finish with the Strawberry Creme Brule. Best dinner for the value and one of the highlights for... More

At the recommendation of our hotel, we tried Ken and Sue's while staying in Durango in Sept. 2014. It's a cozy little place with good food and ambiance. We began with their spring rolls appetizer followed by two of their fish entrees. Both were flavorful. Our server, Eric gave us great service. A positive dining experience by all means!
