Might be a 5 Star

I liked the feeling and look of this small restaurant when I went in: and it was quiet, with only 3 other patrons, which is what I needed. The Meze appetizer was surprisingly excellent and could be a light meal in itself. It was a good value too. I was very pleased at this point. I ordered the... read more

I ordered takeout here a number of times, even though I would love to dine in because the place is adorable inside, we just got a puppy and she doesnt' like to be home alone. Alas, I have only had the falafel, and a side of hummus, because its SO GOOD, that I cannot branch out and order something different.... More

The restaurant is in a very tastefully remodeled Victorian style home on 2nd Avenue. Quiet and cozy atmosphere. Excellent and attentive service. We started with the Olives appetizer and shared a warm beet salad with walnut crusted warm goat cheese. Our waitress Trish, was awesome. For an entrée we had the Beef Tenderloin and the special Grilled Salmon. The food... More

We were going to eat at a higher rated restaurant up the street, but it was an hour's wait. What good luck as we really like this place. It was very relaxing, the food was excellent, the service friendly and attentive. I can only assume this place is not higher because it does not have a many reviews. I would... More

I have had many great meals here over the past 5 years but the old chef must have moved on. Four of us went to dinner tonight and the food was at best mediocre. Three of our meals were minimally prepared with no real seasoning, especially vegetarian plates. This was my fave in town but I am not likely to... More

We were looking for a special place for a celebration and were pleased with the Cyprus Cafe. It was a busy evening and we had to wait awhile but it was worth it.

The food is very, very good. The service is mostly excellent as well. The owner is so caring and kind - she really takes great care of her patrons. Also, this is one of the most dog-friendly restaurants in town - the owner loves them and it translates very well. The recent remodel inside is quite lovely, but my absolute... More

Enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant. Old home converted into a restaurant with dining inside and outside (gas heaters available) Very tasty food and great staff.

Stopped here for something different for dinner. The food had a Mediterranean flair and the daily specials were interesting. We enjoyed the spanakopita from the menu and the grilled shrimp salad from the specials board. The food was filling but light and left room for dessert. We had the lemon curd flan and the chocolate pot de creme both of... More

Super friendly staff, beyond our waitress. Food was wonderful, and the chocolate pot du creme for dessert almost made us cry, it was so good. Wine list was reasonable. A beautiful experience all around.
