great summer patio

Our local friends took us there for cocktails and appetizers. Such a pleasant patio with great service. The wait staff seemed to enjoy their jobs (a big plus in our book) and the attention to detail was evident. They are known for their innovative cocktails. The food and drinks are creative and well presented. The flavors are wonderful! I'm vegetarian and there were plenty of delicious offerings. My daughter is gluten free and again there were plenty of GF options. The food is farm to table. The wait staff is attentive and pleasant. I really can't say anything negative about this place. It is also... More

Stopped here just bc it was so cute and enviting from the street. Didn't realize they have been recipients of local awards for their food. Had a lovely experience dining on the patio with great friends n great food. The owner welcomed us and we shared small talk. Everyone was very friendly. Food was nothing short of wonderful. I had... My Favorite Place in Durango! Eat outside, listen to music, people watch, and savor a great meal! We had Salad and Shrimp Scampi, and a wonderful grilled peach.

I ate lunch on the patio with a friend. My salad was beautifully presented and very good--including a generous and still warm portion of grilled salmon. Despite the August heat, shady covered patio was pleasant. Wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A delightful post-shopping lunch! Almost forgot the dessert--fabulous wild cherry pie topped with Chantilly cream. Yum!

We made reservations and sat on the patio. Live, light jazz accopmanied tghe meal. The wait person was bubbly and personable. I ordered Ahi Tuna with Quinoa and a corn salsa. The tuna was cooked well and flavorful. My partner had trout with pesto, rice pilaf and also was comfortable with the quality. There are many viable dining options in... More

The food was good but not fantastic. The portion sizes were small to medium and the prices are high. There was a nice live jazz performance out on the patio. Overall it is one of the quasi fine dining places that I leave thinking "why is everyone so enamored with this place"?

We recently visited Durango and were looking for a restaurant that had outdoor seating. We love Mediterranean food and gave the Cyprus Café a try based on the reviews. The ambience was perfect. Shaded outdoor tables and good, live Jazz music. The service was also good. However the food was pathetic. They advertise "Colorado lamb" so I ordered the lamb... More

Portions are small for the price. Three pages for the drink menu vs. one page for the food menu. Garden salad had gritty dirt in it and although this was taken off our total bill, I feel my meal should have been complimentary. Carrot salad side tasted sour on grilled flank steak meal which consisted of a cold bread base... More
