I was attracted to Guido's by their menu on-line. I have spent a lot of time in Italy and have been hard pressed to find the quality of food as I had tonight (even in New York). They only fell short on the espresso (a bit watery). Don't let that stop you, the menu and wine selection were on the... More

My husband and I just had a late lunch at Guido's. Every aspect of our experience was perfect, from the service (Michael) to the wine to the cheese plate to the shrimp ravioli. Nice job Sean! More

I went there with a co-worker on a business trip. I felt like I was back in Italy. I saw the chef hand-making the butternut squash ravioli!!! The guy in the deli let me try a variety of cheeses, they were so good I had to take some home. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! They are a... More

Imported foods and local fresh dishes. A great place for a sit-down lunch or carry out. Cheeses, meats, pastries, all good. More

Recommended to us by a local that had suggested several winner restaurants to us. Food was very average and a bit oily. Flavor was nothing special. I am not a trained chef and I could have cooked tastier pasta dishes and do. The seafood tasted as if it had been prepared from frozen not fresh. Herbs were no where to... More

We were promptly seated in a real good spot by a gracious hostess. Our server was there quickly to take our drink order and discuss the menu along with that day's specials. My wife chose that night's special (really upgraded fish and chips) and I chose a dish of braised beef ravioli. That and a bottle of wine and we... More

Had dinner with my wife and adult son. We all liked the food and the service was efficient and pleasant. Everything was brought on time and plated nicely. I had the pork shank ossobuco. The meat was tender and the polenta served with it was prepared well. However, the sauce lacked flavor, it was nice but a bit bland. My... More

Our group of 4 was the only group there when we first arrived for dinner at 4:30 pm. Even so, our chirippy waitress forgot to refill the bread basket, forgot to bring two of us our drinks (though she offered to bring free drinks much later when we reminded her). She also forgot to bring one of our group his... More

Tourist ALERT: this is one of those one of a kind, genuine, authentic spots that is obvoiusly run with great attention to quality of product, preparation of meals and commitment to excellent service. After taking a lovely stroll through the dowtown area we decided to stop in because we own an Italian restaurant in another state and wanted to check... More
