My husband and I are longtime locals and eat at Guido's whenever we can. We consider it the best restaurant in town. Sue is an amazing chef. Not to mention the proscuitto de parma is the best anywhere. My sister came in from Chicago and was impressed with Guido's. We got married in New York and never found an Italian... More

A restaurant on the side of the deli intrigued us, and we made reservations. The restaurant was fine food - Cotorni, primi piatti, segundi, and so on. Well done, very authentic, very good. The service was skilled and very good at handling our crowd of 12 that dropped in.

Tucked away in an office building on the north side of Main Street is a store/café with great Italian food. I am not Italian but love the cuisine. We ordered chicken Allegro, Panini Bella and the special of Cannelloni. YUM!! We also ordered gelato, with special of the day toasted almond and chocolate together. YUM YUM YUM!! Didn't have time... Just had a casual personal meeting/lunch at Guido's Restaurant and we sat at the bar - a good thing since the tables were filled .... great customer service and eventually a great lunch (since we were chatting so much). I recommend basically anything on the menu and also check out the daily specials. There is also a great Italian food... More

When I was visiting Durango, I decided to come here based on positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is more like intimate setting, with small tables and cosy chairs. There are some tables with sofas. I saw other patrons coming in to drink wine and eat few snacks over conversations. On other hand, I came here to... More

Slow service was the major problem as when that happens kind of spoils everything else. Food was not bad, just got tired of waiting and the place was not that full. Maybe they had a bad day. Who knows

My husband and I had a few fabulous meals here. The staff was fantastic and helpful, but not hovering. A must visit when in the area!

I've traveled all around the world and settled in Durango, CO 2 years ago. Little did I know that that such a gem of a restaurant would be in my new home town. Not only the best Italian Cuisine in town but hands down my favorite restaurant and if have ever visited Durango then you know the town has an... More

My husband and I went to Guido's for a late afternoon appetizer session on our wedding anniversary. Score! (once again, I might add). This place is so romantic in a different sort of way, but it's a lovely way. Our servers (and we had more than one) were attentive and more knowledgeable than the average bear when dining out. Impressive.... More

We have been going to Durango for years for their great resturants and had never visited "Guido's". I had wandered in one day while waiting on my wife and bought some spices from the Deli section. We were in Durango and had some time for lunch so mentioned this to my wife that we should try Guido's. We were pleasantly... More
