Shoot Out

Fun "old west" place for supper with the dance hall girl outfits, piano player, and desperado gunfight. Food was good and reasonably priced.

We've been to Durango several times but never to the Diamond Belle. I'd live there if I could. Great piano player, excellent food, good service and very reasonable prices. After having been in some of the "Tourist" places in Colorado, I would have expected to pay at least triple what we were charged. Very crowded on a Friday night but... More

The food was good, not great. The service was great. They make you think you are in the old west, they do it upright. They don't mind you taking pictures, will even pose with you. So if you come to Durango this is a most stop. BUD CARTER

The Diamond Belle been restored to resemble an 1880's saloon, which is what it used to be. I'm not that old so I can't say from firsthand experience but it sure looks like the ones on TV. The young fellow on the piano was amazing. He alone was worth the visit. The have a melodrama cowboy shoot out a 7pm.... More

I am drawn to old places. But I was a little disappointed with this one. It was remodeled to make it look new ( like the 1880's) I prefer a place like that to show its age. I think that adds to the charm. The staff did a great job dressed in period costumes, they even performed a gunfight. The... More

During our stay in Durango we learned that every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (I think) they put on a little act. So we decided to go there and that was a great choice. The piano player was entertaining and the whole place is lively. Great atmosphere and great food. The staff is very friendly and the place is just really... More

If you want to visit the historic Old West with your romantic partner, you must visit the Diamond Belle. Ask the bartender for a Screaming Orgasm (it's a drink!). We loved this place!

Connected to the Strater Hotel. A little dark, a little crowded, adds to the atmosphere. Bar atmosphere with small groups of tables. I wouldn't take a BIG group in but up to 6 works. The burger was huge and cooked the way we asked. The onion rings? Could have used MORE. The waitress are dressed in period costumes. There's bar... More

We enjoyed the Diamond Belle Saloon on two days during our recent stay in Durango. We had dinner and listened to beautiful piano playing by Lacey Black the first night. Our Flat Iron steaks were perfectly cooked, the service was excellent, and we loved Lacey. The second night we stopped by after attending a play at the Henry Strater Theater.... More

Excellent ragtime piano player named Adam. Servers were friendly as they should be. We only had beers here so can't comment on food or cocktails.
