Some reviews have likened this place to Chipotle. It has a much better selection and I think the food quality is as good or better. I had a quesadilla that was awesome.

We stopped after a long day at Mesa Verde. Wonderful super nachos! The weekend Special tamale of roasted red chilis and queso was huge and delicious. But the best was my pork with green chili soft taco! Enjoy!

When you arrive at a small restaurant and customers are lined up out the door, you know that you have found a great place. Limited menu but all the food is execellent.

After being disappointed with our favorite place in Durango last visit, we searched Tripadvisor for something new. Walking distance from our hotel, and great reviews made it an easy decision. Good, fresh food. Friendly staff. Order your food at the counter and it is made fresh, in front of you as the staff takes your preferences. Seat yourself. Great green... More

Fresh Mex at its best. Choose your own ingredients for your burrito, rice bowl, or salad, or order the daily special. The kids who work are always friendly and efficient. In my 3 years of eating here, I've never been disappointed. It's very busy at normal eating times and often hard to find a table if you are planning on... More

Our son dragged us here while on a visit, and we are so glad he did. Sort of a cafeteria-style build your own Mexican food restaurant, it's informal and laid back. But, man, the food was fresh, tasted great, and there's absolutely nothing to complain about and everything to rave about.

Awesome food, simple order-line situation. GREAT food! Went to the n.Durango store. Apparently, Zia uses local and natural resources for their menu - it all tastes great!

Before walking in the door, I was expecting a sit-down, casual restaurant, but the model here is Chipotle Mexican Grill where you move through a line and tell the staff how to construct your taco or burrito. The food quality is excellent and the staff is friendly, alert, helpful and quick. I wanted beef crispy tacos with a side of... More

Fast Food Mexican that tastes better then most expensive Mexican restaurants. I was on vacation in the Durango area and stumbled upon Zia. I sure wish we had Zia's in Ohio. I would eat there once a week. There were too many choices to list in this review. What I can tell you, if you like Mexican food, then give... More

Was looking for a quick bit to eat along with a drink. Loved the food here. The margaritas were tasty too! Lots of choices to pick from. Can't wait to go back and try some different.
