Nice spot

Nice place with unexpectedly good food from traditional Irish fare to the best burger and fish and chips in town. Good service and friendly staff.

The pot roast and the fish and chips are delicious ! I can't say enough about the pot roast sandwich, great flavor, juicy, terrific!! Went on a Friday night, it was busy but the food still came out quick and the service was good. Try it !

Authentic and fun says my better half. He had the fish and chips and thought they were excellent. Good selection of beer on tap. I had Mum's Between the Buns which was a pot roast sandwich. I asked for a little horse radish which our waitress promptly delivered. The meat was tender and delicious. Overall, good pub food. This restaurant... More

We stopped in at the Irish Embassy Pub on a busy Mother's Day, but luckily it was the middle of the afternoon and much of the huge earlier crowd had dispersed. The jolly Irish band was still playing up a storm, wonderful Irish music. The menu is full of Irish classics: corned beef & cabbage, pot roast, fish & chips,... More

My husband had never been here before and we were looking for somewhere new to go for dinner. I had the fish and chips and he had the paddy steak sandwich and we shared both dishes. They were both so good he can't wait to go back to try something else. The steak in his sandwich was sooo tender and... More

We stopped in the Irish Embassy, mainly because my husband has visited Ireland and wanted to grab a beer. It was a nice pub, with window seats to people watch. We had drinks & desert and enjoyed the table by the window.

We stopped into the Irish Embassy Pub for a late lunch. We ordered the chicken pot pie and what a delight! Served fresh with chunks of tender chicken , lots of fresh veggies (nothing frozen or canned) topped with puff phyllo pastry and served with real Irish brown bread.(haven't had this since our last trip to Ireland) Our server was... We have been to Ireland, and this place could BE in Ireland. The owner/bartender took quite a bit of time to visit with us as we sat at the bar with a black-and-tan and Tullemore Dew waiting for our bacon-wrapped shrimp (all of which was very good). They did build it to be as authentic looking as possible in this... More

This Pub could be a leading reason for us to make a return visit to Durango. The atmosphere is great, the service is great, and the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
