Best place to eat

Wonderful meal. The staff has excellent recommendations concerning pairings with your meal and dessert. The specials are always wonderful. The chocolate trio is not to be missed! The chocolate flourless cake is yummy.

Very fresh and locally grown food. Although the steak I ordered was pricey, it was hands-down the best steak I have every had! Above the top steak houses I have been to in Chicago. Everything was exceptional: sushi roll, steak, crab-stuffed chicken. The server and staff were very attentive and pleasant. It was on the expensive side so we will... More

Nicely appointed with an air of sophistication, the restaurant greeted us after a long day of driving. The staff stared off politely and proved to be a stellar part of the evening. We started with a little Sushi that was very well prepared and a beauty to look at. Then there was an interesting take on a Caesar Salad was... More

Expensive but worth it. Great ambiance and service. This restaurant is right on the historic main street. I will be back on business and plan to return.

The service, food, atmosphere is some of the best in town. They use locally grown items. If the weather is nice and you can eat on the roof......do it. I have never been let down here.

Joined two colleagues for a casual business dinner and really enjoyed the evening. Prices are higher than I like to pay for dinner, but they are on par for restaurants in Durango. I ordered the filet with mash potatoes and it was awesome. Service by Ryan was prompt and friendly. Home made ice cream for dessert was terrific. We ate... More

We stopped in to have a drink and a snack, and were lucky enough that the roof area was open. We ordered their specialty drinks (which were very good) and shared a warm beet salad. OMG! This is absolutely the best beet salad I have ever had. We probably messed up not getting the large, but it was still plenty... More

My wife and I only go to the happy hour for a ridiculously good price for special food and drinks. It's an early happy hour though. best burger in town for quality and price. Calamari is superb. $2 draft beer during happy hour.

My brother sent me a gift certificate for this restaurant after researching online for a nice place in Durango. The reviews were very good and we were excited to try Eolus. We arrived for our reservation and were seated promptly. We liked the looks of the restaurant and the ambience. We ordered the Calamari appetizer. The sauce was good but... More
