We had a light supper at this establishment, split the Tatanka Burger which was very good if a bit pricey. We don't mind paying extra for good food, so this is not a criticism, it was worth the little bit extraFrench fries were excellent. We also had the "Taster Flight" which is a sampler of four beers of the customers... More

We went one night and enjoyed our dinner so much we returned the next night. Both nights we shared dishes which were quite large. The food was really fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Happy to split billing. I REALLY enjoyed the raspberry wheat ale.

Food here was great, it's not 5 star cuisine but we thought it was a good slant on typical brew pub food. Their beer is really good too, they have enough of a selection to satisfy everyone's tastes. The service was great, everyone we met was really helpful and nice, made the experience so much more enjoyable. We also got... More

Good micro brew beer selection. Great food with large portions. Really noisy. They have cute t-shirts to go along with many of their beers. We bought 2.

I've been going to Carvers for many, many years and it has gone through some changes over time. The menu has good options and everyone enjoyed his or her meal. My chicken stew was delicious and the salads are excellent. Carvers also brews their own root beer, so that is always a treat. Great place to go with friends. We... More

We had 60 guests from out of town for the dinner. We had an outside covered patio that has loads of room. The meal was great and fast. The wait staff assigned to us had at much funs as we did. Very fair priced meal and a great start to the wedding weekend.

Breakfast is the best in town. Lunch can't be beat, and dinner is a really nice meal. My last dinner there was salmon. I have enjoyed many special occasion dinners at Carver's. It's reasonably priced, clean, really good food and a true Durango Landmark.

Had a great dinner here the other night while in town to drop off our daughter at FLC. The cheeseburger pizza is just great. Service was great, fast and friendly. Walked in off the street and we were seated within 10 minutes. One of the better fast bar food places we have ever eaten in.

We went here for breakfast. There was a line (the place is fairly small) and the wait was 20-30 minutes; a good sign. We got seats a lot faster than expected and chose the breakfast burrito pancake and the eggs Benedict. The blue corn pancake was yummy, but we thought it would go better with a sweet filling. Nevertheless a... More
