Great place with awesome food, and beer.

We went to Carver's Brewing in Durango last Saturday night. The nut brown beer was really good. The oak amber ale was also very good beer. Me and my wife are not big eaters so we got appetizers, and split them. She got chicken casadia, and I got eight stuffed mushrooms. They were both wonderful... read more

We ordered take out for dinner. The bar keeper who took the order was very thorough and helpful. It was "gluten free Tuesday" which apparently doesn't mean anything since it was the regular menu. I got the Carolina chicken, the flavors were great, potatoes a little over done. My boyfriend got a burger and I never saw it which means... More

Very good food and good beer selection. Burger and sandwich choices were awesome. Friendly staff and very welcoming lille place. We will definitely be coming back for the ahi tuna sandwich which was so yummy ;)

A good selection of craft beers, friendly service and plenty of food options make this an excellent choice for eating out in Durango. It is a popular restaurant and can get very busy so you should reserve a table at peak times.

We had breakfast there two days in a row because it was the best place for breakfast that we could find in Durango. I had eggs, bacon and the homefries. The next morning I had the french toast with mangoes on it. I also had eggs and bacon again. Yum! It was all sooooo good!

Every time I visit this restaurant I wonder 'Why don't I come here more often!' The food is healthy and tastes Great! Reasonable prices and a really nice outdoor patio for the summer months. The front of the restaurant has a large glass opening window/door that opens the whole front of the restaurant, the bar area, to the sidewalk. Its... More

Their Stout, Rasberry, and Amber are all excellent beers, but they have seasonal beers worth trying also. My favorites are the chili with a salad or the ratatouille. I need to go there for breakfast sometime because it looks great. You can watch a game on TV or sit in a booth with others.

My family ate here for breakfast our third day in Durango. The breakfast menu is impressive. I had blue corn pancakes over sausage and eggs, which was out of this world! My husband and kids had more typical fare: waffles, eggs, etc, which they enjoyed as well. Friendly, fast service. Highly recommend!

Quintessential Durango - around for many years and owned by a long-standing Durango family, informal setting, delicious food (all three meals are worth a visit) that is moderately priced, large selection of crafted beers and all available inside or on their large outdoor patio. Service is generally good and always friendly.
