Great Dinner/Breakfast

Our servers for both meals were exceptional. Well versed on the menus even with new dishes. Food was great both times as well, I would love to visit Durango again just to eat here again. Beer was stellar. We had the Irish Stout, Nutbrown Ale, and Oatmeal Pale Ale. Even the water was very good!

The beer is a must. You can taste the freshness and attention to detail. The food is also wonderful - I had the fish and chips; it was so fresh and well flavored.

Being a local I have to say that Carver Brewing has always been one of my favorite places to eat and have a beer. My absolute favorite beer is their Raspberry Wheat, hands down the best fruit beer I've ever tasted and it's always consistent. Their staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is good too. #RaspberryWheatRox #GottaGetSomeCarverBeer

Exceptional experience and do not understand why the overall ratings are not higher. The food and friendly service exceeded my expectation. The beer braised beef tips with mushrooms and the southwestern Chile Verde chicken stuffed poblano pepper were exceptional. The beer was good as expected. If you travel through Durango as we did, it's a must stop.

We had an awesome breakfast here last week!! The wait staff were awesome as well and very helpful. The food was very good and i will definitely be going back when i'm in Durango again. I look forward to having a lunch or dinner or maybe just drinks there.

Living in the Bay Area we have eaten breakfast at Carver's may times over the years. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and consistent. The food is not cutting edge and there are no surprises just good ole comfort food for a high mountain town. During the cold winter months there is always a good warm... More

I have lived in Durango for a few years now and Carvers always delivers on food quality and taste. There are food options available for just about any craving. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great food here that also remains reasonably priced.

While visiting family the week of March 9th we ate at Carver's twice. Once we stopped in for beers and fries. As always we had some rockin beers. Their twisted home fries are the best fries I've had anywhere in a long time. They were crisp, fluffy inside and flavorful. Yum! The evening we met family at Carver's for dinner... More

What a down to earth place for great food, good service and decent beer! We tried three different brews and were pleased with them. The buffalo burger was delicious and the cottage cheese as a side option was a perfect pair. My husband enjoyed his food as well. Prices were decent, service was attentive and thorough and we went back... More

Breakfast was amazing. The meal was original with fresh ingredients, lots of flavor, clean tables, etc., and good service. The coffee was very flavorful and fresh too. I recommend Carver Brewing Company for breakfast!
