We specialize in community. We are not a casual dining restaurant "concept", we are a small, no wait, "micro" town gathering place. We take pride in our wares both in the beer and food dept., and strive to make you comfortable whether you're local, or just visiting. We specialize in hand thrown, wood fired pizzas and calzones, locally sourced organic salads, and delicious hot sandwiches. We also produce nearly 800 kegs of beer a year right on premise, and have numerous varieties of handcrafted beer on tap at all times as well as several rotating seasonal ales, lagers, stouts. If you're looking for something like Chilis or Applebee's, I guarantee you will be disappointed, if you're ready to get to know Dolores, drink some of Colorado's finest handcrafted beer, and perhaps meet some new friends then you're in for a great time! Best Pizza of our Trip

Great place for dinner. Stopped here after a day at Mesa Verde. Had the Neanderthal pizza & the special (alfredo base with broccoli). Both were delicious. My boyfriend also enjoyed the beer.

I've been here numerous times since they opened. The beer is very average and it is the only beer that consistently gives me a headache. Most styles taste the same. Some people love the food and I will say it is fresh and usually well cooked. What is lacking is flavor. Very few spices. I do like the Boggy Dog... More

Great time with special someone. We enjoyed Greek pizza and spinach salad. Had 2.5 beers and played trivia pursuit. Pizza salad and beer were made with love.

I really enjoy a good Calzone...I would have enjoyed the one I ordered had it been cooked thoroughly. The saving grace was the beer. Expertly brewed.

WE ALWAYS hit the DRB when in the area. The crafted brews couldn't be better even though I had to buy a 4-pack in order to sate my son since I didn't bring him with me. The patrons are an interesting mix of locals and visitors. Service is so friendly you wind up feeling like one of the 'regulars.' Their... More

Service can be slow, but only when they are super busy. Best to go to the window and order. Otherwise the pizzas, sandwiches and salads are great. They often have a special which helps to variety to the menu. great beer.

The Jamaica beer was very good, and we had chipotle peppers on our pizza which were a little hot, and spicy, but were very good. We also had onions, and mushrooms on it, and it was really good.

We arrived after 8;00 pm looking for dinner and felt so fortunate to settled on this place. Not only great food but the service was exceptional and all went out of their way to make our meal so enjoyable. And what a view. Great Spot!

Best beer and pizza for miles around. Wood fired pizza is by far the best, fresh ingredients with thin crispy crusts. The beer is brewed right there with several choices available, light to dark, wine is also served. There is a selection of salads and a couple of sandwiches to choose from too.
