Description: We specialize in community. We are not a casual dining restaurant "concept", we are a small, no wait, "micro" town gathering place. We take pride in our wares both in the beer and food dept., and strive to make you comfortable whether you're local, or just visiting. If you're looking for something like chilis or Applebee's, I guarantee you will be disappointed, if you're ready to get to know Dolores, and perhaps meet some new friends then you're in for a great time! We locals like the DRB as a place to meet up with friends for food, beer and occasionally music. The pizza is pretty good for a small town, as is the beer. You do have to place your orders at the counter and if you are expecting fast food, this isn't the place for you because if they are busy... More

Good wood fired pizza. No service offered or implied. We mostly get pizza to go. When we have stayed at restaurant to eat, lady sat at barstool and took her boots off. She then put her feet up on the bar. Nobody asked her to change the position of her feet. Yuck.

Stopped in for dinner at this brewpub in Dolores, CO. We tried the individually sized pizzas. We were amazed how wonderful these very thin pizzas tasted. We sat outside on the back patio underneath the shade of the tree. There were lots of folks outside and several families with kids climbing in the trees. You might think it would be... More

After being a little disappointed they didn't open until 4 and going somewhere else we decided to have a little happy hour and stopped in for a beer. We were really impressed with the beers. Had the Snaggletooth Double Ale. Was delicious and ended up taking home a growler and a hat. Beers were impressive for a small town brewery.... More

We waited an hour for pizza and calzone on what seemed to be a not so busy evening. The food was less than spectacular which is what I expected after such a long wait. They do not refill your iced tea at the table, and you have to go to the bar to do that if you can get through... More

Pizza is good. They have just beer and wine but the place is so noisy that it is impossible to talk!!!

We love visiting breweries, but was disapointed with the warm beer! Nice atmosphere, didn't have pizza, just warm beer!

Not your typical chain pizza. Each is hand crafted and made to order. Killer sandwiches and salads too. All made with local fresh ingredients. All beer brewed in house. Numerous varieties and seasonals on tap. Friendly wait staff. You've got to try it,

In the southern Colorado, in such a small town, what a grand find. The beer is fresh and brewed right there on site. The food is great. The staff and atmosphere could not be better. Say outside and had a great meal with great beer and wine and great friends. I highly recommend a stop in.

The concept of counter service is dumfounding...yes the food was good...yes the live music was fun..yes, there is a sign on the door that tells you that an hour wait for pizza is standard practice...what they don't tell you is that you will wait in a long line to order at the counter, then take your number and drinks to...
