We specialize in community. We are not a casual dining restaurant "concept", we are a small, no wait, "micro" town gathering place. We take pride in our wares both in the beer and food dept., and strive to make you comfortable whether you're local, or just visiting. If you're looking for something like chilis or Applebee's, I guarantee you will be disappointed, if you're ready to get to know Dolores, and perhaps meet some new friends then you're in for a great time! We visited this small town "real" microbrewery while camping in the area. Great microbrews and atmosphere!

Went based on recommendation in Trip Advisor. Very nice hole in the wall. Wood fired pizza and beer. No wait staff. Order at the bar. Pizza was excellent. Saw a deer run through the park across the street. We will return.

We wanted to have a bit of fling our last night in Dolores after earning a Championship at the Dog Agility trial. The pizza and salad were great (I'm picky about salads). Good beer.

Full disclosure, Dolores River Brewery is my local pub. That said, I think I can be helpful if you are considering visiting. The service model is a little unusual. There is an order station at the left side of the bar (viewed from the entrance). You go there to place your initial order of food and drink. The reason for... More

Dining options are limited in this neck of the woods, but the service was excellent here, and the pizza was above par. We ended up with a salad that was clearly enough for two, and it was fresh and tasty. My companion didn't care much for the pizza, but I found the sauce OK and the cheese plentiful. Nice spices.... The beers they brew are really good and they make very decent salads and pasta's. The only decent place in this town to eat and hang out and have a good time.
