Great Beer, appetizer left us flat

We came by to have a few Dam Beers and an appetizer and I have to say, their beers were great but the appetizer was just, meh! The dip was runny and not even thick enough to stick to the bread, needless to say we were disappointed with the food and stuck with the beer.

Dillon Dam Brewery is classic bar and grill, brewery fare, with an atmosphere that is loud and welcoming.

$38 for two delicious beers and two solid pub meals. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. This place can get pretty busy, so plan accordingly.

I chose this place because it was within walking distance of my hotel. But having been there believe it would be worth driving to from any other hotel in the area. The place was full; so, being alone, I sat at the bar were people seemed to be engaged in plenty of friendly conversation and though a stranger was included... More

My wife and I were returning from Glenwood Springs. We planned on Dinner by Lake Dillon. However, we found the restaurant we were going to was closed (off season). I quickly checked TripAdvisor and found this restaurant. Although, we are moving to Idaho soon, (as we run errands on I-70) the Dillon Dam Brewery will become a favored stop. Here... More

Stopped in for the second time this year and was still impressed by the service and food! They make their items fresh (except for the dinner rolls) and prepare food extremely well... I am a tough reviewer and few plces make you feel as wanted as a customer without fake smiles ... Go to this place anytime you are in... More

I went here for lunch a few weeks ago, and really enjoyed it. The server was so friendly and helpful, and the beef stew was delicious! The atmosphere is nice and the menu had lots of choices.

This is just another brew pub that serves average food and average beer. The beer cheese soup was good, but the fish and chips was gooey and the beer is nothing special. Brew pubs should always have a good domestic on hand. The words"handcrafted" is getting to be grossly overused.

Dillon Dam Pub and brewery We ate early, around five. Skiing all day the kids were STARVING. They were not busy (YET, as I would learn later), so we were immediately seated by a very friendly server. The interior resembles a brewery, with large stainless steel vats behind our table. Actually, I think they really brew beer, and it looks... More

This has been one of my personal favorites since moving to Colorado almost 13 years ago. It's a great stop after skiing or hiking. Sometimes it can be busy and have a long wait, but overall, it's worth it. It's not super expensive like many ski town restaurants and the food is excellent. The burgers are always a fall back...
