I had a steak. It was cooked perfectly. My husband had the salmon and, he loved it. The service was great too. We will come back again!

The fish n chips consists of a few small pieces of cheap fish ground up and then formed into the shape of petite fillets. Even though the fish is cheap garbage, not cod, not haddock, they still chince some more by providing a tiny portion of fish wrapped in thick bread batter. I've had better fish from cheap frozen foods... More

Had dinner here while on a business conference in Keystone. Good staff, friendly and helpful, efficient. Food was good, I had one of the dinner salads- it was huge. They have bread pudding on the menu and most any restaurant with bread pudding rates high for me. ;)

They brew their own beer, the food is pub fare (as might be expected) - well made and generous portions. The wait staff are great as well. The prices are fair. What more could one ask (especially a beer drinker? Highly recommended as one of the best casual places in the area. Try the "Sweet Georgia Brown Ale - a... More

I had dined at the Dillon Dam Brewery in June and really liked it so when friends and I visited Dillon in August, the Dillon Dam Brewery was one of our first stops. It did not disappoint us. The service was great and the food was even better. We all had the chicken fried chicken and loved it. I strongly... More

We were trying to find the brew pub the motel suggested - instead saw the large tower with Dam Brewery on it. Not listed in phone book and motel not aware of the place., Excellent selection of beers. Pub food - burgers, sandwiches, apps, and some meals for lunch. Mac and Cheese was very good. Wife's burger was also excellent.... More

My wife and I arrived in Dillon the evening of 7/25/2014 and were looking for a place to have our first meal. Based on TripAdvisor reviews, we chose the Dillon Dam Brewery. While perfectly adequate, we both rated this as a restaurant that we would not avoid, but would definitely not feel drawn back to in the future. In other... More

This busy Brew Pub is a great place to relax after skiing or hiking in the Colorado Mountains. They have a large Bar and big restaurant space although on busy evenings there can be a wait. The menu is extensive enough to satisfy a variety of tastes including vegetarian and gluten free options. I have never had a bad meal... More

Good beers, clean glasses making a good pour. Knowledgeable bartenders! Food is ok for a brew pub, a little pricey for quality, but this fluctuates.
