Although we rented a beautiful house and really wanted to cook in - we thought we should also sample local culture - Dillon Dam Brewery was rated very highly and we agreed.

Great draft beer. Served in pitchers or pints. This place seems to be the result of a late night hookup of a microbrewery and Shoney's. The food was good but not super top notch. They seemed to specialize in glutinous and excessive portions. Consider splitting whatever you order. The Nachos are about 3-4 pounds of food. The burgers we good.... More

The Dam used to be one of our favorite spots......NOT ANYMORE! When we arrived around 4:30 the bar was almost empty. Not a good sign. And when we left the bar had a few more folks, as it was Thurs night and the Broncos were to play in less than an hr but the dining room was empty as well.... More

We stumbled upon this place on a recent stay in Dillon. The burgers are way better than what you expect when placing your order. The food shows up fast, service is great, and seating is plentiful. Don't drive away because the parking lot is overflowing, this place holds more people than the parking lot will allow. Can't wait for our... More

We visited during the afternoon of October 13, 2014. As my title suggests, the beer is excellent. The Sweet Georgia is one of my all time favorites. I can't complain about the Octoberfest either. The beer is what gives this review a Very Good rating. The food is nothing to write home about. It's comfort food, plain and simple. However,... More

The beer is always fresh; and the bar staff ALWAYS pour a good pint! Food is above average for a "brewpub" - always a fun place to visit - full of the local crowd as well!

Greeted with a twenty minute wait is almost expected at dinner time in a resort town. We were seated before the 20 minites were up by friendly staff followed by our waitress immediently. Drinks were brought and our order in no time. The food was very good. Just the right amount of asking if we needed anything and leaving us... More

Stopped by one beautiful September Friday afternoon and sat outside on the patio. I had the chili and my husband had the clam chowder/salad. Both were delicious. I am from Texas - so picky about chili. This was some of the best I've had. Very spicy - but yummy! I only had a cup -- sure wish I had ordered... More

Menu selection is good, actual dishes were aesthetically nice but average in taste. The fried chicken was very salty and the ribs were too dry. Our server this time was unpleasant and noticeably irritated by some of our requests, though I remember the service being fine the first time we dined here a year or so ago. They have a... More
