Delicious salad...twice!

Visiting Dillon for a wedding and stopped in here for dinner. Food was delicious. Place is very clean. Gluten free options are listed on the menu. Had the Super Food Salad with quinoa and blackened shrimp. It was very tasty and flavorful. We went back a second night because the food was so good!

We were looking for a good, but not expensive place to eat. The food was good. The restaurant a bit crowded but the service was great. Casual, but nice

We went here for lunch today. We sat outside on a beautiful Colorado afternoon. The seafood chowder was super and the Hoporter was great. Highly recommend

The Dillon Dam Brewery has great happy hours and good food. They are generally very busy during the 5PM to 7 PM period due to happy hour pricing and the noise level is high. Their appetizers are good, and they have great steaks and burgers. You can sign up online for birthday and anniversary specials.

Every time we travel to Colorado, we visit the Dam Brewery. We always order the Asiago ale dip for an appetizer. This time we enjoyed the chicken fried chicken, fish and chips, and the mountain man macaroni and cheese. Large selection of beers brewed in-house.

We (7 of us) ate here on our first night staying in the area. It was a short drive from Silverthorne and in a convenient location. It was busy for a Thursday evening, but not packed and we were seated upstairs right away. (It was a bit warm upstairs sitting by the window.) The food was very good - I... More

They have good beer here. We stopped by for dinner on our way home from the mountains. They were very busy. My husband had a flight of beer and Mac n cheese dinner, he was a happy camper 2 of his favorite things. I had the beer cheese soup and salad. Awesome soup!!! The server was great and the food... Pit stop for lunch on way to Denver. Popular place. Nice atmosphere. Sat at the bar. Bartender was efficient, did not talk much. Ordered Georgia Sweet Brown and a lager. Both were very good. Beer cheese soup was tasty, but expected it to be much thicker. Go with bowl size, not large. Onion soup was very good, side salad not... More
