Pug Ryan's opened in 1975 making it the oldest steak house in Dillon. Travis and Annie Holton bought Pugs in 1986 and have owned and operated since. The brewery started in 1996 and poured its first beer February 1st 1997. In May 2012 the Pugs expansion was completed. Additional brewery space and equipment were added with a new deck, bathrooms, entrance and remodeled side dining room. Great beers and food

As they have their own brewery on site the beer is the star of the show. I tried a number of different beers and they were all really good with lots of flavor. Food was really good as well with plenty of choices. Bar area is usually busy but we've never had to wait for a table.

Good variety of choices. We had the bison burger, soup, salad, steak and ribs -- all were delicious and nice portions. Also had the beer sampling and all 5 were fantastic! Great find and anyone travelling near here, should make a point to stop. Olive was our waitress and she was also terrific!

Consistently good for over 30 years. Steaks are great, burgers awesome and fish give a rounded menu. Travis = owner is still on the job making sure things are done right. This is a must stop when in Dillon.

First time here, and we'll definitely go back when we are in the area. We had 3 orders of fish and chips and 1 hamburger - all were very good. Fish was lightly beer battered and delicious; fries very good as well; coleslaw excellent, too. My friend was very satisfied with her hamburger. We ate out on the deck with... More

Eaten here many times, every time great. A terrific menu (prime rib to die for), home made dark bread is fantastic. Of course, it's a pup but I don't drink beer...however, I've heard from everyone that does that Pugs home brewed selections are top of the line. In the summer the deck us open with fantastic views of Kake Dillon... More

We found this place by chance on our pub/brewery tour and I have to say that I am sure glad we did not pass this place up. Tried a few of their beers, they were all good, but I feel in love with the Deadeye Dunkel and was able to take some home with us as they came in a... More

Excellent place to grab a tasty beverage and meal after a long day on the slopes. Service was good for how busy the place was.

We stopped at Pug Ryan's for a late lunch. The service was great! The guys said the beer was great! The food was ok. We had the Buffalo wings, which were tasty and very tabasco-y. Two of us ordered Deluxe burgers - one ordered medium rare, one ordered medium, both came out medium-well. They still tasted good. The chicken sandwich... More

We've been going to Pub Ryan's for many years and it is our favorite steak house. They are best known for their prime rib and we also like their wide range of choices microbrew beers brewed on-site. Their mud pie is fantastic. The ambiance is terrific and has an English pub feel. Curiously, it's French Dip offering is called an... More
