Great beers and food

As they have their own brewery on site the beer is the star of the show. I tried a number of different beers and they were all really good with lots of flavor. Food was really good as well with plenty of choices. Bar area is usually busy but we've never had to wait for a table.

Eaten here many times, every time great. A terrific menu (prime rib to die for), home made dark bread is fantastic. Of course, it's a pup but I don't drink beer...however, I've heard from everyone that does that Pugs home brewed selections are top of the line. In the summer the deck us open with fantastic views of Kake Dillon... More

We found this place by chance on our pub/brewery tour and I have to say that I am sure glad we did not pass this place up. Tried a few of their beers, they were all good, but I feel in love with the Deadeye Dunkel and was able to take some home with us as they came in a... More

Excellent place to grab a tasty beverage and meal after a long day on the slopes. Service was good for how busy the place was.

We stopped at Pug Ryan's for a late lunch. The service was great! The guys said the beer was great! The food was ok. We had the Buffalo wings, which were tasty and very tabasco-y. Two of us ordered Deluxe burgers - one ordered medium rare, one ordered medium, both came out medium-well. They still tasted good. The chicken sandwich... More

We've been going to Pub Ryan's for many years and it is our favorite steak house. They are best known for their prime rib and we also like their wide range of choices microbrew beers brewed on-site. Their mud pie is fantastic. The ambiance is terrific and has an English pub feel. Curiously, it's French Dip offering is called an... More

There is not a lot of atmosphere here, but the bar is friendly and the food was top notch. The filet with crab and the rocky mountain trout were out of this world. The French onion soup was among the best we have ever eaten... the freshly baked bread and the artichoke and pesto dip were equally as wonderful. I... More

We have skied in Colorado for the past 20 years and visit Pug Ryan's at least once on every ski holiday It gets bigger every year and the micro=brewery is quite a big addition to the pub. The basic pub menu is as good as ever and hey now have some really fancy dishes on the man dinner menu. There... More

We were at the end of our vacation in Summit County and wanted to get some proper steaks before we leave the states. T.A's top recommendation in our area was Pug Ryans, and as we do like locally brewed beers this seemed like the top choice. We got there early when the place was pretty quiet and empty, and ordered... More
