Outstanding Rocky Mountain Trout

There is not a lot of atmosphere here, but the bar is friendly and the food was top notch. The filet with crab and the rocky mountain trout were out of this world. We have skied in Colorado for the past 20 years and visit Pug Ryan's at least once on every ski holiday It gets bigger every year and the micro=brewery is quite a big addition to the pub. The basic pub menu is as good as ever and hey now have some really fancy dishes on the man dinner menu. There... More

We were at the end of our vacation in Summit County and wanted to get some proper steaks before we leave the states. T.A's top recommendation in our area was Pug Ryans, and as we do like locally brewed beers this seemed like the top choice. We got there early when the place was pretty quiet and empty, and ordered... More

We were in Summit County for ski vacation and get this restaurant from trip advisor. It was not disappointed at all. The service was excellent and the food were very good. My wife order the prime rib and she described it as the best prime rib she had. I ordered the trout. It was very fresh and tasty. The beer... More

This was my favorite place to eat while I was here. We didn't have reservations (I highly recommend) and the front desk was less than cheerful and not very understanding. But since we knew all places would be busy on a Friday night, we waited the hour. We grabbed a table at the bar to wait and the night just... More

The burger was good but, don't order the salmon and crab. The crab was really dry and didn't really seem like real crab meat. Not sure why, as Marylander's, we decided to eat crab in CO but, just pass. We also had soft pretzels as an app and they seemed to be just like the ones you buy in the... More

Great service here! Server was attentive but not overbearing. He up-sold us on a great app and i didn't feel pushed into it. Burgers are great and washed down with a nice cold beer. (Also, a great recommendation from the server. Nice first impression of Dillon when visiting.

Great beer & food. Brew-pub with award winning beers. Bar and restaurant literally one big room, so be prepared for a lot of noise in the dining room. Conversation was a challenge.

We got there what I would considered early (5 pm) and they were already busy. Waited about 20 minutes, but we enjoyed their Helles while we waited. Very good craft beer. Had a ribeye for dinner which was also very good. I think you can call ahead, if so I would recommend that since they get pretty busy, especially on... More
