Interesting little place, we were there in the Off Season because Dillon Dam Brewery closed

Since it was mid-May, it was not very full. Brisket was truly melt-in-your-mouth. Service was friendly and prompt. Beer selection had plenty of variety to suit our group.

This cafe has the best ribs I have tasted, and I like my ribs. Ample potions and really meaty ribs. Hard to beat with a cold beer. Great service to match.

Great ribs! Also love the Ruby red trout. Small intimate setting with daily specials in the Pub Down Under.

After a long day of playing in the snow, we arrived at Arapahoe Cafe & Pub and got exactly what we wanted: cold beer and tasty BBQ in a no-frills environment. What you see is what you get here. The building is a historic building from Old Dillon, and the walls are covered in black & white photos showing decades... More

We've enjoyed many meals at the Arapahoe & always have great service. The Pub has a good BBQ Plate on Saturdays. So, 3 of us had BBQ & 1 had the Trout over a spinach salad that was wonderful. We didn't wait for a table but would have if we needed too. Breakfast is always a great choice if you're... More

Seven of us arrived early for dinner (5:00 pm) after skiing all day. We ordered appetizers with drinks, and for dinner had red trout, hamburgers, rib sandwich and Caesar salad. All adequate, nothing spectacular. We didn't find the world famous ribs as amazing as billed. I wish we had gone to Dillon Dam Brewery and then followed again with frozen... More

Good extensive menu in this building rescued and moved from the Old two of Dillon when the valley was flooded by a reservoir. Both of the meals we tucked into in the upstairs restaurant area were very good, and were a reasonable price. Very good service, we weren't rushed to vacate our table despite it being still quite busy when... More

The Arapahoe Cafe & Pub in Dillon, Colorado has been in business for many years. It has always been good. The menu is varied, the food is good, the service is good, and prices are good for the area.

A 100 year old, restored building is home to this excellent contemporary restaurant and pub. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous and our fellow diners were equally as delighted with their choices. The traditional Eggs Benedict was outstanding. Generously embellished with Hollandaise Sauce, the portions are huge and we could have easily shared. The eggs... More
