Lox and Bagels: Great Meal Before The Slopes

Every time I am driving to a ski area in Summit County for the day, I stop at the Einstein Bagels in Dillon. The staff is very quick and friendly and my food is freshly prepared and good. When I asked them to toast my everything bagel twice, they actually listen. I refill my coffee with their... read more

When we stay in the area we have breakfast here daily. Very fresh breakfast with a great outdoor table view of the mountains. Great place to have coffee and look at the mountains

Very good breakfast before hitting the slopes. I have no comparison to other Einstein's, but this one was great - I had the signature Egg, Spinach and Bacon Panini. I wish I could have their Hazelnut coffee every day!

This property is busy. Wait on line to order and they bring it to your table. Coffee is excellent but often waiting on brewing another pot. This is not a quick in and out stop if you are in a rush. Bagels are good but small.

The view from the outdoor seating area is spectacular! Good service and good food. It was a Sunday and it was very busy, but we still received our order without much of a wait.

Love the choices for the sandwiches. Best bagels I have ever had. Even the picky child loved the bagel and the heaping amount of nutella they provided.

I worked there under "the hitler" and we were made to change day dots and never got breaks. That is why your hard working baker that was pulled in front to run the line and register that has been at work since 2 am and trying to help you at 10 am can't function well. Every single thing in that... More

Met friends and family when in town for breakfast and had the Lox with Spinach Florentine bagel which was a great combo. Fast friendly service with bus service when we were expecting the typical "fast casual" experience.

Basically it's a fast-food-ish place just like any Chipotle or Starbucks - food is made to order from ready ingredients. The menu is nice and the bagels were pretty good - but they are just miniature. For the same price you get about 4 times the food in any other food chain, and there are lots of them nearby. Unless... Not much to say about service as its a select a bagel and they fill it shop. The rest is self service really. I had the Turkey Club Mex on an Onion bagel. Best bagel I've had in sometime. The turkey club filling wasn't short on portions either. There was a little mix up with sides but that was sorted... More
