Little place with BIG tasting food.

Ribs were the tastiest and meatiest I ever had. 3 meat chili was great with a little kick. Also enjoyed the local beer.

Though it was small, we did not have a wait. The kimchee was homemade and quite the treat, had more of a SE asian flavor. The main dish was a red duck curry with rich and subtle flavorings. For dessert we had passionfruit sorbet and a maple mousse, really, really good.

I had the chicken curry (green) My son had the braised ribs Wife had the roasted duck in red curry and my vegan daughter had a bowl of garbanzo bean soup with the brown rice salad. Every bite of it was delicious not one single complaint with the food or the service. We also had the creme brûlée and the... More

Like to be "warmed up" with this amazing gluten free, can't-get-anywhere-else kind of meal. The curry's are to die for and you feel like you just had something special when you leave. Bill and Cindy are the best!

Cafe ProFusion is your very untypical "hole in the wall" 5 star culinary surprise! Off season in a mountain town when everyone is mostly gone and anything reasonable is good. But we hit the jackpot here. The owners, the coziness, the food all far exceeded anything anyone would imagine when first approaching the locale. If you have to wait, there... More

We love going to Cafe Profusion for meals I can't do better at home. Bill and Cindy, the owners/chef, know how to blend Asian flavors into unique and flavorful dishes. Bill hails from Boston with a long stint living in California. I suppose that's explains the East West fusion. My husband loves the ribs and I go for the curries.... More

The place is tiny for sure 3 or 4 small tables but the food is excellent. An interesting mixture of meals with curry, stews with currant and sweet potato, spicy duck curried meal. Very good though pricey

My husband's meal was very good, he had the ribs, I had the yellow curry dish, it tasted o.k. but I got extremely ill by the morning. My stomach was killing me with cramps and everything else. There was something in the curry that really upset my stomach, my husband was fine. YOu need to know this is a very... More

My wife and have a problem...we both love the Green Chicken Curry so much, we really haven't wanted to try anything else. Have heard from neighbors the pot roast and the ribs are tender and tasty, so we may have to breakdown and try those items.

They owners were so friendly and the food was simply great. We stared with daal (lentils) and they had just the right amount of heat in the spice and moved on to yellow curry chicken and the panang pot roast. Both were great. The desserts sounded so interesting it was hard to decide but we settled on one but then... More
