Surprising, delightful little place

This place is a little tiny place with a few seats inside and some more outside on the walkway (it's on the upper level of a strip mall). So it's a bit of a hole in the wall from appearance. Don't let that fool you, the food is terrific. We had curries, the pot roast panang and a lentil dish.... read more

I have read the reviews of this restaurant for two years and finally visited on a Thursday at 1:15 pm. We were the only clientele. We set outside with a lovely breeze and beautiful flowers to gaze upon. The waiter, a native Georgian, was friendly and informative. The food was lovely to behold and fresh and tasty. I had hummus... We sat on the patio deck of this quaint stop for a truly delicious light dinner. I had the garbanzo stew which loaded with healthy ingredients like sweet potato, tomatoes, celery, pine nuts, black beans and more. My husband had the chili. The mixture of spices in both meals gave a 'bam' so be prepared. We got dessert to go..coconut... More

Loved everything from the food to the service. The restaurant is small, but very cozy. The food is very original and all we ordered was cooked to perfection The tomato lemon grass soup was very tasty. The pot roast panang was different from the usually Thai panang, but the flavors were just perfect. It wasn't too spicy either. The braised... More

Cafe ProFusion was a complete surprise and frankly a rare find! The home cooked delicacies were memorable. We will certainly make this a regular stop when traveling to Summit County!

On conference in Keystone, staying in Silverthorne, visiting with family at the end of the meeting from Blue River (near Brekenridge). Our third meal out, the others were all good, but I decided to over-ride an earlier decision to do sushi and see what TripAdvisor had to suggest. Cafe ProFusion was listed #1 and it was just a few miles... More

This place is incredible. The owners accurately advertise their restaurant as a "Gourmet Hole in the Wall" and that description fits this place perfectly. The menu is not large, but what it lacks in volume it makes up in the wonderful quality of the food. About 2/3 of the meals are "fusion" Asian-style bowls (e.g., rice, beans, vegetables and WONDERFUL... More

Food is amazing. All fresh Mage with amazing flavor. Meats are so tender they melt in your mouth. Always an amazing dessert to choice from. Although a very small place worth the trip!

Summit County isn't known for having too many gourmet restaurants, but this self-described "hole-in-the-wall" certainly defies that reputation. The restaurant, which is 100% gluten-free, sits atop a laundromat (we could feel vibrations as we sat on the patio when the laundry machines went into spin cycle). Don't let the small size or its location fool you, as we had a... More

We happened to stop here for dinner after a day of driving. Terrific Asian Fusion food, on the pation, very friendly gracious host/owners. Understated ambience in Summit Cty., Colo. but the food, wow. Big bowl of Daal, lentils spiced perfectly, followed by Yellow Thai curry, also Malaysian beef stew, very tender, wonderfully spiced. Owners really care about their food. Only... More
