Homemade delights in a cozy setting in the heart of Dillon. My favorites are the garbanzo stew and chicken green curry. Amazing flavors in everything they make.

Very nice curry in a very beat up location, but great in summer. Cannot 'be served' alcohol on the deck (city rule?) but unsure if one can bring a bottle. Take out good too, especially for those close by. Good job.

We have been here before, about 3 years ago. Had a great experience, but not today. We walked in and there was a table for 4 or a table for two. There were two of us but I don't like to be cramped when I eat so we were going to sit at the table for 4. The owner said... More

We both had the Delhi stew, which was well seasoned with a variety of ingredients including sweet potatoes, currents, chickpeas and tomato. It was quite filling and the smaller size would work for a very light lunch. We sat out on the deck on a very nicy day! Plan to return to try their curries and the desserts sounded amazing!

We stopped here on our way to Copper mtn. The garbanzo bean stew and carrot ginger soup were delicious. Both the yellow and green curry were also very tasty! The owners were also very friendly and welcoming. Limited seating, no reservations.

Tried Cafe Profusion based on the favorable reviews. You know how sometimes you try some place and your take is 180 degrees different from most? This is one. First, the dining room is tiny and therefore cramped. I am not one to care too much about the facility unless it is exceptional one way or another. This is worth reflecting... More

My husband and I were staying in Frisco and we were in the mood for some ethnic food. Seeing how there wasn't much of that in Frisco, we ventured to Dillon and found this restaurant. From the outside it doesn't look like very much, hidden in an older, dilapidated strip mall. The inside is very tiny. It has maybe three... More

A very small place. Their tag line is very apropo: "A Little Gourmet Hole in the Wall" Fresh food, cooked a day early to have all of the flavors blend together in perfect harmony. You won't be disappointed. I had the New Delhi Garbanzo Bean Stew soup which was a delicious concoction of sweet potatoes, tomatoes, onions, currants, and pine... More

Marrying into a South-Asian family I've come to love and appreciate the quality of food that Cafe ProFusion has. The food is top notch, perfectly executed and brilliantly balanced. You'll be hard pressed to find a better executed meal for the price. If I come back to the area on vacation this is a must-stop restaurant.
