Great Italian Restaurant and I don't like Italian

Some friends who live in the area took us to Adriano's and it was outstanding. The service was excellent and the food was very good. Every course was great. As I said, "I Don't like Italian", but I would definitely eat at Adriano's if I'm back in Dillon

The wine list offerings by the glass (mostly local vineyards) was tempting but first night at altitude sickness confined us to water. All meals are 4 course. We had a tasty chicken vegetable soup, a nice green salad and pasta (home made too) with sausage and red sauce all very satisfying. Very friendly attentive service. A nice find.

We stopped in for an early dinner last night. Although we had no reservation, we were quickly seated. From the moment we walked in the door, the service was exceptional. Our server was none other than young Adriano himself. His pride in this family-owned establishment is obvious and well-deserved. They are doing everything right. As we looked at the menu... More

I really appreciated the casual, not fancy nature of this family owned enterprise. We enjoyed a pleasant evening on the patio recently. I'd say mixed results with the quality of our dinner however. I liked that each meal comes with bread, a small appetizer and salad. The bread was excellent, the sausage appetizer was ok, but the spring mix salad... More

This is an unassuming spot near Dillon Amphitheater. Homemade pastas and pizza are tremendous. Eggplant Parmesan particularly enjoyable, atop homemade rigatoni. Creative small plates of appetizer, soup, and salad accompany each meal. Average wine selection I'd say, but the food is superb!

I am not sure if it was just the evening, but the wait staff was on top of it's game for this evenings meal. We were seated immediately at the table of our choice outside on the deck. We were promptly served a loaf of bread and water. During the entire meal, our drinks were never empty and the finished... More

We had dinner here last night. The restaurant is simple, a no frills place but the service is absolutely wonderful. On being told we don't eat pork our lovely waitress offered us a tasty mascarpone spread for appetizer instead of the pork sausage which was part of the 4 course meal they offer. The Linguine/ Fettuccine with fresh tomatoes and... More

If you are looking for fancy digs and pretentious service then Breckenridge is the place but if you want Italian food that actually resembles something you might have in Italy then try Adriano's. Most of the rooms and the patio have a view of the mountains but the food is the real attraction here. The full menu approach which comes... More

My wife and I are visiting the Dillon area for fishing, relaxing and site seeing, and asked someone at the tackle shop for dinner advice. He recommended Adriano's. We're glad we listened. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Fettucci Alfredo, and I highly recommend the Agridolce. Agridolce is St. Louis style ribs in a wonderfully flavored sauce. I have eaten both... More
