The owner has been very rude to us on several occasions. The food is just okay and the menu hasn't changed since they started.
My friends and I vacation in Dillon year round, but have only recently stumbled upon Adriano's Bistro and I can say that we will be frequent patrons after our most recent visit. The prices may seem a little high, but after you factor in the fact that you get a small appetizer, cup of soup, and salad included in the... More
We enjoyed our dinner here. We got good value for the price and the service was excellent. They have a wood-burning oven for pizza which adds to the flavor. A good place to eat.
We have been to Summit County many times over the years. There are several restaurants that we always go to. This trip we decided to give Adriano's a try. It was a great choice. They have a small, rotating menu based on what ingredients are available. Each entree includes a small appetizer, salad, soup and entree. It was great for... More
My daughter and I ordered the lasagne for $18.95 and were charged a $5 "split fee". The appetizer, soup and salad are included with the meal. The appetizer was sausage with literally two bites of sausage on the plate. The salad was 4 pieces of lettuce with salad dressing on top no veggies or anything, the soup was literally half... More
I found this hidden gem on Trip Advisor. We visit Summit County Colorado two to three times a year and we are always looking for new places to eat. The first day we are in CO. we normally eat at another Italian place. But I really wanted something different, so I found this and we went there right after Saturday... More
Family owned for several generations and family still cooks, serves, and greets the customers. Lovely meals with 4 courses at a very reasonable price. Menu is small, but changes every few days depending on the fresh items available in the area. Service is fast and friendly, or as leisurely as you want. Lovely outside dining is available in summer months.... More

It is a perfect place for a vegetarian but not for the meat eater. The sauce is a little too "fresh tomato-ey" and not cooked to a deep red as I like. Still... More
When two colleagues and I arrived, we were asked whether we had reservations, and we said no, never dreaming that we might need reservations at a local place on in the middle of the week. Lucky for us, they had a table available, and after our dinner, it was CLEAR why reservations are a must. The place was packed, the... More
