Good for a quick, cheap snack in a busy ski/snowboard town

On our way back from cross-country skiing, we needed a quick snack. So we stopped by the Smashburger in Dillon. It's just off the main drag, and many folks going home after a day on the slopes at Keystone stop there. We had shakes, fries and fried veggies this time, just a snack and not a big... read more

The first time we ordered and took home. Then it was cold even with only a 5 min. drive so we ate in the next time. The burger was overcooked. The service was fast but the family consensus was not to return.

I was there 2 or so years ago and the burger was great. I was in the other day and ordered a swiss mushroom truffle sauce burger. The burger was very flat and had no taste. It was grey, overcooked like it had been boiled with a few thin sliced mushrooms and tiny slice of cheese and no sauce. I... More

I really enjoyed SB when it first opened but this location has been on a steady decline. Hamburgers are one of my favorite foods so I have given this place countless second chances but I'm done. One of my biggest complaints is that this place is filthy! Like health inspector violation FILTHY! The food quality has also started to decline... More

If you want a good burger for a good price with yummy sides quick this the place to go. They get very busy during ski season but worth the wait. Always guaranteed a good burger.

We were driving to Utah on highway that passes through Dillon. We could see Smashburger from the highway and decided to stop. We got regular fries and two Smashburgers. I found the burger to be under seasoned. I needed to add a lot of salt and pepper in order to enjoy it. The fries were limp and also needed salt.... More

A great sandwich along with some smash fries and a salted caramel shake makes for a wonderful meal. It's a little more expensive than your average fast food place. But the quality is better and the chicken sandwich was very large.

First time to Smash Burger. They had me at the Rosemary Fries! But it only got better. I had a spicy jalapeño Baka and my husband had the truffle mushroom Swiss. Both delicious. The staff was super friendly. Mark was our cashier and was kind, patient, efficient and made eye contact. I always thought smash burger was just another burger... More

we loved the burgers and fresh buns at this restaurant, and the staff went out of their way to provide service. The new manager of 2 weeks had just moved here from TX, and told us all about the reason he moved here to start a new life in beautiful CO. We were impressed with the family type atmosphere...they never... More

Lots seem to rave about Smashbuger, and the burgers and fries are good, but I think they are just okay. It's a decent place to go for a change of pace, but not a favorite.
