For years we have been joining our long time friends for dinner to celebrate our mutual Anniversary date. It was our turn to drive down the "hill" into Denver, and we ate at Fruition. Their menu is very interesting, seems to be based upon what is fresh each season, and this late fall/early winter season, lots of root vegetables accompanied... More

We have tried Fruition many times and we have always had a wonderful experience. Chef keeps the menu diverse and satisfying. We have tried the pork chop, ostrich, and various duck plates-- each is perfectly flavored and presented. Wines are well paired and drinks are made proper. Reservations are a challenge, but Fruition will always be our #1 in Denver.

Tried Fruition based on the TripAdvisor reviews and it was excellent. The staff were very attentive and, as a vegetarian, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. A bit loud, but not excessive.

Fruition is simply the best place in Denver for date night. Despite the unassuming exterior, the interior is warm, comfortable and friendly. The creative menu is fresh and interesting, making it difficult to decide (although the deconstructed oysters Rockefeller are consistently awesome). Reservations are a must.

This place is amazing! Every year my wife and I treat ourselves to our holiday meal at Fruition. The service is great and the food is like nothing I've ever eaten. You have to book well in advance because it is a small restaurant and the food/service is so good. Whatever you order will be amazing! And the wait staff... More

Fruition, often described Denver’s first farm-to-table restaurant, consistently ranks in the top of a group of restaurants currently keeping the city on the foodie trail of must-try’s. We joined friends there in celebration of a milestone birthday, and left satiated with an invigorating range of food flavors, a very satisfying bottle of wine and great conversation in a room staffed... First and foremost, please plan your reservation. Always excellent, always busy. Worth the wait no matter how long! Second review: Validation of consistency. The menu remains one page of excellence. My selection was the Pan Roasted Lamb Loin with carmelized salsify, lamb pancetta, black trumpet mushrooms, farro verde vinaigrette and shared the Spanish Octopus Carpaccio with a crispy veal sweetbread,... We were a little surprised by the neighborhood and exterior appearance of this restaurant, but not discouraged at all, especially after entering this small, cozy, welcoming place. The hostess was very nice, gave us a table by the window (not a great view, but what are ya gonna do?), and the server was there immediately with water and the menus.... More

Still serving amazing culinary creations. I had not eaten here in several years. I wont repeat that mistake! Dinner was outstanding! The appetizer of deconstructed oysters rockefeller was delicious and beautifully prepared (see picture). The lamb was cooked perfectly & there are some excellent moderately priced wines, eg the vall llach priorat. Great location for a wonderful Meal before or... More

My wife and I came to Denver for a long weekend and getaway. We decided to have one really nice dinner during our stay and this is the place we chose. This place is very small which is fine but the seating and tables are too tight. Our server was good but not great and I wasn't overly impressed with... More
