Good food nice atmosphere

Flew into Denver And went for late dinner, called to delay when the flight was late, very accommodating and friendly. Good comfort food and nice late night lodge feel. Will go back if I am in town.

I thought the food at Fruition was simple, fresh and done well. I had the lamb and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The overall dining experience was very enjoyable. The staff is very timely, pleasant and knowledgeable. The reason that I will not readily return to the restaurant, is because it is way too expensive for what it is.... More

I had quite an enjoyable meal at Fruition. The food was delicious, melt in your mouth goodness. We had specialty cocktails and they were tasty but strong (for me not a good thing but others will disagree I am sure). Our waitstaff were lovely. Aaron was a wonderful host and checked on us regularly. I would definitely visit again. You... More

The experience was fantastic from start to finish. We were more than warmly greeted. The service was very attentive. The menu was creative. We all had different appetizers and each was full of flavorful ingredients knitted together. The entrees were just as spectacular, with really delicious combinations of proteins, starch, veggies with great texture and balanced flavors. My wife and... More

I never write negative reviews of restaurants though feel obligated to give a Heads Up regarding what to expect at Fruition. Great atmosphere and service; hands down. Entree and wine so overpriced it's ridiculous. My entree was scallop stew and literally included one scallop, one shrimp and lots of potatoes. 14 dollar per glass Chardonnay For a special occasion a... More

My wife and I have long been interested in visiting Alex Seidel's restaurant, Fruition. A fan of farm to table food experiences, we were most impressed with Seidel's dedication to his craft after he bought a farm to control the quality of his sourced ingredients. This commitment was really evident in each of our dishes. We dove into our feast... More

We went on the 12th of February for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful time. This was our fourth or fifth visit. Plenty of time to be together - never felt rushed even though there were people waiting to be seated. Someone mentioned SLOW service, if you want fast service go to McDonalds. What's the rush - enjoy your date.... More

This is not the second best restaurant in Denver. We had pancakes and eggs. We asked for crispy bacon and it was burnt. It's a step above IHOP but I wouldn't recommend it or go back.

What stands out most to me is how the menu is constructed. There are enough choices to have choice, but still few enough that they clearly get to create and execute well. From starters through dessert, every dish was excellent. The entrees in particular had a variety of flavors that combined for a great experience. Two recommendations from the current... More

We ate here on 12/29/14 and had reservations. We waited a bit to get our table. The food was good but to be honest, I have had just the same if not better elsewhere and believe its over-hyped as well. Our biggest complaint is how SLOWWWWW the service is. Took us over an hour to just get food and a... More
