Our group of 6 diners recently visited Oceanaire for Restaurant Week. Our table had a full window view of bustling downtown which only added to the wonderful ambiance. Our party enjoyed the seafood platter and then ordered off of the Restaurant Week special menu. The seafood platter was abundant with a generous selection and fresh assortment. Which is hard to... This place is amazing! A GO TO must have for happy hour. This place has the best happy hour in the city. And don't let the "hour" confuse you... It's all night! The staff is amazing John, Mario, and Kat are all fantastic. They always take great care of me while I'm there. Here are my favorites on the food... More

Service is excellent. But food sounds better on the card than it is for real. We tried the halibut with caramelized onions, the Dynamite swordfish for entrees and the seafood platter (oyster, lobster, shrimps and Alaskan King Crab) for appetizer. We can't recommend them. If you are looking for a place with a great seafood (natural flavors and also creative... More

Oceanaire is a beautiful restaurant, but I would not go back there again. The food was nothing spectacular, just about average, but the prices were exorbitant. Everything was a la carte, with the exception of a couple of entrees. The side dishes were small and not enough for a party of 5. I had the crab cakes which tasted old,... More

They have happy hour prices all night at the bar. Good wines by the glass. Had the fish tacos which were just ok. Mario the bartender was really engaging and we had a good time with him.

While visiting my son from Florida, we had dinner here to celebrate his 33rd birthday. The food and service was excellent. Every aspect of the evening was first class!

From the moment we approached the entrance, we were handed above and beyond service. Jason, our knowledgeable and superior service waiter accompanied by his approach to making you feel comfortable in an swanky atmosphere can't be touched. Oh yes, the food, prepared by professional chef and Sous chefs is top notch. The Oceanaire is a MUST do when in Denver...and... More

Oceanaire is a fine seafood restaurant, whether you're looking for an exquisite multicourse meal or just some oysters and a cold beer. I generally stick to the simpler appetizers: shrimp cocktail, crab cake, mussels. Salads are always perfect, but the duck confit with whiskey vinaigrette is extraordinary. While the daily fresh specials are usually the best bets, I often fall... More

My wife chose this restaurant for a special evening we were having which included watching a comedy stand-up close by. Every aspect of the experience was top notch. We sat immediately upon entering the restaurant despite being about 10 minutes late (we called from the road to let them know). The building is bright and cheery and located directly across... More

For a fish restaurant, they over cooked the halibut cheeks and scallops we ordered. They were able to correct the scallops at a second try. The never did cook the halibut right after 3rd try. It was dry and on the tough side.
