Quick points: upscale, pricey, great food, I'm definitely going back. Read on to get my take. My husband and i planned a night out and made reservations a week before. Note, I don't think you need reservations. Before I go on i will say that this is a upscale restaurant, very beautiful, however the staff were extremely friendly. Unfortunately not... More

The first time we went they made a mistake with our order and brought us a free appetizer. This time, another mistake was made with food not being thoroughly cooked. Again we were offered free dessert and the side we order corrected. When they saw us finished with our meal, they still did not have our side out, so they... More

I frequently eat at Oceanaire Denver and find it to be one of the best seafood restaurants in Denver. The quality of food is excellent and the hospitality is great. If i'm going for a sit down meal or drinks and app's at the bar, I'm continually impressed. The staff is friendly, warm and always remembers me by name. The... More

While it is a bit pricey, we celebrated my son's birthday here and it was well worth the price. Service was excellent, wine selection was good and affordable, food from appetizers to entrees was excellent. You will spend a little more but it is well worth it.

Took my wife there for dinner on a Friday evening. The restaurant was approximately 10% occupied. Service was good; food was good. However, the price you pay for the value to get is just not worth it. If you want great seafood for a reasonable price in Denver, go two block away to Ocean Prime on Larimer Street.

We came across The Oceanaire during our visit to Denver last week and decided to give it a try. Our waiter was Brendan and he was excellent. He gave us a lot of information about the menu and was very attentive during our visit. Our favorite things were the fried asparagus and the grits but all the food was really... More

Ate late with a large group from a business meeting. Staff accommodated us without hassle despite no reservation and service was good. Food above average. No pressure to leave despite staying late. About what I would expect for reputation/cost; I've eaten at others in this chain and would do so again.

We ate at the bar here the other night before attending a show. By 5:30pm, not a seat was left, so we were lucky to nab the last two. We ordered several oysters from the east and west coast--all were fresh. I loved the calamari, and the HH price is reasonable. Everything we had was delish. My only negative would... More

I was a little underwhelmed at this seafood joint - maybe my expectations were too high. The service was only okay - the waiter actually dropped a dish at our table and broke my wife's martini glass, spilling the contents everywhere-and stated, "accidents happen". Pretty much set the tone for the remainder of the night. The food was presented well,... More
