Very good, very unique, different than other sushi places.

Scottish salmon roll is to dye for, the Sasa Tartare is amazing, jalapeño sashimi is great. Honestly the list goes on and on those were a few thing I could eat for the rest of my life. If you have not tried Sasa Sushi you are truly missing out!

On our quest to find a good sushi place in Denver, we stopped in at Sasa Sushi. We will be back and likely have found our place. The sushi and sashimi were outstanding in taste and quality and they have some nice variations on traditional rolls. The menu isn't expansive so don't expect to find 50 different rolls here. They... We enjoy Sasa Sushi because at least at an early hour it is relatively quiet with good service and sushi. We sat at the bar and the sushi chef was friendly and helpful. He suggested his favorite way to prepare a few of the dishes which we thoroughly enjoyed. Many other sushi restaurants charge similar prices but one must dine... More

Had our anniversary dinner here. Fish, rolls, service and sake selection just outstanding. Flavors you won't find elsewhere in Denver or on the coasts. If you love sushi, this is it!

6 of us visited this restaurant and ordered a huge assortment of Sushi and sakes. The waiter chose some great Sakes based on each of our tastes. The sushi assortment was the freshest sushi I have ever had outside of San Francisco. Every bite was delicious and buttery. So many amazing flavors involved that we savored every morsel. One of... Denver has a very overrated food scene. What all the hipsters and "Foodies" say is great, couldn't survive a month in a lot of other US food scenes. Sasa however is one that could stand up as good or great anywhere! The food service and price to value are all well worth it. They do an excellent yellowtail sashimi. Friendly... More

For a landlocked state, this is as good as it gets. Although the name is Sushi Sasa. The Sashimi, Chilean Sea Bass, Pink Lady, Scottish Salmon, Steamed Pork Buns, etc. are amazing. The service was impeccable and we weren't made to feel put off when asking for a change to some menu items to accommodate a food allergy. A comment... More

We have eaten at Sasa for years, ever since Wayne opened. What great care Wayne takes to get all the best fish from around the world. Go for the Omakase and you will not be disappointed. AG is also a great sushi chef. Everything is fresh, the rice is perfect. They never over pack their nigiri rice, as it's meant... More
