Had our anniversary dinner here. Fish, rolls, service and sake selection just outstanding. Flavors you won't find elsewhere in Denver or on the coasts. If you love sushi, this is it!

6 of us visited this restaurant and ordered a huge assortment of Sushi and sakes. The waiter chose some great Sakes based on each of our tastes. The sushi assortment was the freshest sushi I have ever had outside of San Francisco. Every bite was delicious and buttery. So many amazing flavors involved that we savored every morsel. One of... Denver has a very overrated food scene. What all the hipsters and "Foodies" say is great, couldn't survive a month in a lot of other US food scenes. Sasa however is one that could stand up as good or great anywhere! The food service and price to value are all well worth it. They do an excellent yellowtail sashimi. Friendly... More

For a landlocked state, this is as good as it gets. Although the name is Sushi Sasa. The Sashimi, Chilean Sea Bass, Pink Lady, Scottish Salmon, Steamed Pork Buns, etc. are amazing. The service was impeccable and we weren't made to feel put off when asking for a change to some menu items to accommodate a food allergy. A comment... More

We have eaten at Sasa for years, ever since Wayne opened. What great care Wayne takes to get all the best fish from around the world. Go for the Omakase and you will not be disappointed. AG is also a great sushi chef. Everything is fresh, the rice is perfect. They never over pack their nigiri rice, as it's meant... More

To start off, I'm a vegetarian. Much of the sushi I have had has been limited to an avocado roll and tamago. Not here! I had the green dragon roll. I was disappointed because it was SO good, I snarfed the darned thing down. I did not leave enough room for the grilled eggplant roll. Very sad! My husband said... More

First place I have ever had strawberry, avocado, and a sweet soy drizzle all put together beautifully on a sushi roll. Many of their rolls are exclusive, and can only be found on their menu. The fish is fresh, clean tasting, and prepared wonderful. Very nice restaurant with good vibes and excellent staff. It is located in a really cool... More
