Sasa Sushi is excellent

Sasa Sushi has a nice atmosphere. They have the traditional Sushi and Sashimi but they also make a unique twist on some dishes. We had some typical offerings which were made from very high quality Sushi. We also ordered a couple of signature rolls that were fantastic as well. They have Sapporo and... read more

The uni was fantastic but that's about it. Very overpriced for mediocre sushi whose centerpiece is mayo. There are so many better options in Denver where they bring in fresh fish from the Japanese markets daily. The ambiance looked like it would be perfect for a romantic evening, however it was so loud! Every voice and step echoed.

I know you can get fresh sushi anywhere these days, but Sasa Sushi was a pleasant surprise in Denver. Generous portions of ingredients, not rice, make this small place a great find in downtown Denver. It is about 5 minutes from downtown and the Convention Center and worth the short cab or Uber ride. Bright and friendly in a slick... More

Great sushi in a good Denver location. Right there with the Sushi Den for best sushi in Denver (and you can get a reservation here).

We went with family to this restaurant. The Sushi was really good with a wide array of choices and varities.Dont choose the cold noodle - it was quite boring. Choose the sushi recommended from the staff! Despite having made an early reservation we were seated on the table at the entrance. It was loud and really noisy. We felt like eating in a... More

Visited this great restaurant during a Congress in Denver. The sushi was very high quality, with an incredibly extensive menu. Great friendly service - highly recommended

My wife and I visited Denver on business and we dined in the downtown area several nights before venturing beyond the 16th Street mall. Although the restaurant is just outside the downtown area the walk was well worth the trip. The restaurant is located in a fairly non-descript building, but it was nicely decorated and very well staffed. We had... More

READ: Finding the place could be hard because they have no signs or lights outside of their restaurant when we went. It's directly facing the street right near the corner of the intersection. You'll have to walk up and look in the windows carefully for the dark "Sasa" name on the windows. I was standing in front of it and... More

Scottish salmon roll is to dye for, the Sasa Tartare is amazing, jalapeño sashimi is great. Honestly the list goes on and on those were a few thing I could eat for the rest of my life. If you have not tried Sasa Sushi you are truly missing out!
