Description: Steuben's is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940's to the 1960's on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, Proms and Sweet Sixteens and more. In its prime, Steuben's was the center of the Boston dining and nightlife scene. Steuben's, Denver, is a restaurant that respects the history of its name and the core ingredients of the American Regional classics we have attempted to recreate. These dishes are America's cuisine and American's interpretations of the dishes of our diverse cultural heritage. We have enjoyed the endless debates, opinions, stories, research, consultations and food memories that have led us to the opening version of the Steuben's menu. Eat at Steuben's. Take-Out from Steuben's. Drink at Steuben's. Feel at home, in Denver, at Steuben's.

I have to admit the food at Steuben's is Fantastic! Everything I have tried has been delicious. Parking can be a challenge but it is worth it. I hope you get a chance to enjoy their food.

We've been here several times and found the food to be better than average no matter what we ordered. The prices are right and the portions are above average. Good place to eat with friends. Not a place for a quiet lunch or dinner. We were there on a Saturday noontime. Extremely busy, but that's because business is good. My... More

Seriously, who in their right mind would deep-fry pieces of pork belly and dust them with powdered sugar? But it works! I'd eat here just for that, but we enjoyed everything we had. In fact, we liked it enough that we had dinner here twice in the four nights we stayed in Denver. The waitstaff are certainly part of the... More

By chance, I was at Steubens twice this week. The first time, I was at a table in the restaurant with a friend and the second time I was seated in the bar area with a friend. I have traveled the world, and find service in Denver to be - well, LACKING in general. Wait staff in Denver are not... More

I always try to grab lunch at Steuben's when I am in Denver for work. The service is quick and priced well. The brussel sprouts, burgers, and mac & cheese are awesome. The fried chicken is great too but is a big plate so plan for leftovers or being useless for the rest of the day. Parking during lunch is... More

We enjoyed our dinner at Steubens - not the best we've ever had but very good - 4/5 stars. We had steak, chicken & a burger. The fried corn was great! The crispy brussel sprouts were just ok - not cooked enough and tough to chew. The steaks, chicken & burger were about 3.5/5 stars. Not bad but not excellent... More

We were visiting Denver and wanted to eat at a restaurant that Guy Fieri recommended in his show. So we chose Steuben's. The atmosphere is great and it was a busy place at lunch. There was a wait for seating indoors but not for the patio. It was a lovely day and the patio is heated, so we chose the... More

Had lunch with my friend here and I have to say I wasn't satisfied. The diner is cute and convenient for the locals in that area but the food is just ok. I ordered the cheese steak and the bread they didn't do anything with it, not toasted or grilled just bread/roll. The meat inside wasn't bad but then they... More

I ordered the lobster roll since it had been recommended on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and unfortunately it left much to be desired. This is my second Food Network recommendation fail. I guess if you've had a lobster roll on the east coast then you're ruined for life. However, the happy hour appetizers and drinks were great. The crab dip,... More

Definitely a go-to for an amazing brunch. Set in a renovated mechanics garage, this restaurant boasts an excellent ambiance. I'm a fan of elevated diner food, and this place truly delivers. I'd recommend the cast iron french toast, chicken and waffles (they are known for their fried chicken) and breakfast burrito. The service needs some work. Unattentive servers are common.... More
