Service was good

Professional colleagues and I had dinner here after a long day of meetings. I have to give credit to the kitchen and servers who took good care of a large group which is always a challenge and even accommodated us with separate checks. My carpaccio was very good as were my profiteroles. I had the... read more

Recently our family has dined here twice. On the first occasion we had an excellent lunch. Both service and food were superior. The atmosphere was refined and the service attentive yet unobtrusive. We especially enjoyed two different carpaccio preparations as our appetizers. Everyone was impressed with the entree preparations whether fish or pasta. We enjoyed our meal so much that... More

Great restaurant, quite busy on a Saturday night (we had reservations). Located in Lower Downtown, across from the Train Station. Service and drinks were quite good. I had the Branzino (Chilean Bass) - it was served with capers and olives in a buttery sauce. Substantial piece of fish, cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the antipasto appie, perfect size for... A nice compact, creating menu. Well executed in terms of food and service. Unfortunately the experience is spoiled by a very high noise level, making conversation difficult.

We went July 3rd for an early dinner. Service was very good. Food tasted excellent and fresh. I had the Calamari appatiser and cippinio entree. Both taste and presentations were great. Down graded because the calamari were very tough and rubbery and the shrimp and fish overcooked. Been there before and sure I'll try them again. Please talk to the... More

This restaurant is just across the street from Denver's renovated Union Train Station in a classic landmark building. There are outside tables with good views of the action at the station and LoDo. Crowded on Rockies' games nights. The ravioli is world class, and the wine list is deep and varied. The outside setting was glorious. The waitstaff was excellant.... More

You must get the Butternut squash ravioli and Brushetta, really to die for!! Great wine selection and service!! If the ravioli doesn't sound tasty, get it anyway, try it, it's really incredible. The waitress recommended it and I didn't know if I'd like it but OMG am I glad I took her advice!!

After a two-day trip on Amtrak's California Zephyr from San Francisco, we were ready for a great meal. And, my oh my, we were not disappointed. Our server at Venice was close to perfect. He was very informational and did a fabulous job of pairing wine and food ... even allowing us small tastes on our way to picking perfect... More

Our doorman from the hotel actually recommended this place. We were trying to get reservations somewhere somewhat fancy last minute and everywhere was booked until we came across this little gem. Great wine selection.
