Description: Denver was founded in 1858, the first spot where gold was discovered in...
Denver was founded in 1858, the first spot where gold was discovered in Colorado during the heyday of the Gold Rush. While still firmly rooted in its Western past, modern-day Denver spotlights sharp skyscrapers, clean streets and literally dozens of parks that give it a much younger and more progressive feel in the new millennium. Although nicknamed the "Mile High City," Denver doesn't lie in the mountains at all. The city itself is completely flat, sitting on high plains with the Rocky Mountains as a majestic backdrop. Stop by the Hard Rock Cafe Denver the next time you're visiting the "Mile High City"! Located in Denver Pavilions, this two-story walking mall on 16th Street was recently rated Denver's #1 tourist attraction, but that doesn't mean locals don't hang out here, too! We're the #1 spot for everyone, and as always, the Hard Rock Cafe is easy for everyone to find. Just look for the 20-foot neon guitar and spread the word that there's still gold to be found inside our doors! (Gold-album recording artist memorabilia, that is.) So if dry mountain air has left you parched, unhitch your wagon and have a seat at our handcrafted oak bar for the tastiest drinks and the best grub this side of the Mississippi. No horses inside though, please, just the occasional pony keg.

Group Visit

As a group of 22 bikers after a 3,500 mile tour of the US and Canada we had our farewell meal at the Hard Rock cafe in Denver. Restaurant accommodated us well by seating us together. Good service and good food.

We went a bit late in the night (10:30), it took a long time to get the food and it wasn't very good - the fries were covered in salt, we could not touch them. Music was ok though.

Servers were friendly but it took forever for ours to even stop and greet us! The entire service proved to be slow and the food was nothing special. Skip the chain and walk up 16th to find one of Denver's many local restaurants.

Hard Rock is great. have been to several. However, was quite disappointed in the wait times for a weekend with a conference of 7000 plus women in town. Waited nearly twice as long as normal for our food and drinks (waiter was superb about telling us though). Not even a wait time to sit for a table... Food was at... More

Thank you for your feedback! Downtown Denver can get pretty hectic during peak convention months in the summer. I'm glad you enjoyed your food, and hope you'll be back soon! -Bryan, HRC Denver More

This dinner did not start well being referred to as a lady with no apology from the server. To be honest it did not get much better with apparently everything containing gluten including the cheese (did no affect me, but did my colleague). Frankly this is not really appropriate in this day and age. I ordered the fiesta burger as... More

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. While our menu is certainly limited when it comes to gluten-free options, we do our best to accommodate our guests needs. Hopefully, you were able to speak with a manager during your visit, who would have made sure that you left here happy. We look forward to the opportunity to... More

We were here on a Wednesday night and they sat us upstairs by ourselves. The bathroom for the whole restaurant was nearby, so we saw alot of people coming in and out. There was a company party going on in the room nearby so it was a murmur of noise, but not too bad. The staff was very friendly and... More

The band is cool, but the music should not be so loud that you can not talk to the waitress or someone across from you. Singing is not singing, but horrible screaming. The wait was supposed to be 45 min., but was an hr. The waitress said "she had to finish with a large table b4 she could help us."... More

I'm so sorry to hear about your bad experience with us! There is certainly no excuse for poor service, and we will use your feedback about the live music when we book other bands. Hopefully, we will get a chance to redeem ourselves the next time you visit. -Bryan, HRC Denver More

My wife, our 6 month old, and I stopped by for drinks and an appetizer just before the lunch rush on July 1st. I believe this was about the 14th different Hard Rock we had been to and have always purchased a Hurricane keeper glass as a souvenir. Our waiter Gauge informed us that they were out and didn't think... More
