Description: Denver was founded in 1858, the first spot where gold was discovered in...
Denver was founded in 1858, the first spot where gold was discovered in Colorado during the heyday of the Gold Rush. While still firmly rooted in its Western past, modern-day Denver spotlights sharp skyscrapers, clean streets and literally dozens of parks that give it a much younger and more progressive feel in the new millennium. Although nicknamed the "Mile High City," Denver doesn't lie in the mountains at all. The city itself is completely flat, sitting on high plains with the Rocky Mountains as a majestic backdrop. Stop by the Hard Rock Cafe Denver the next time you're visiting the "Mile High City"! Located in Denver Pavilions, this two-story walking mall on 16th Street was recently rated Denver's #1 tourist attraction, but that doesn't mean locals don't hang out here, too! We're the #1 spot for everyone, and as always, the Hard Rock Cafe is easy for everyone to find. Just look for the 20-foot neon guitar and spread the word that there's still gold to be found inside our doors! (Gold-album recording artist memorabilia, that is.) So if dry mountain air has left you parched, unhitch your wagon and have a seat at our handcrafted oak bar for the tastiest drinks and the best grub this side of the Mississippi. No horses inside though, please, just the occasional pony keg.

The food was just ok....the menu is not that extensive. Next time I am in Denver, I will skip this place. Too many other good restaurants to try.

We visited twice on our vacation. First time we had dinner. Service was good. Food & drinks were good. Second visit was also pretty good. We only got one food item & some beers. It was a quick visit. We weren't happy with our seating the second time.

Sat outside in March which is a bonus. Staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my cocktail ; my pulled pork burger less so - I thought the meat was tough and the accompanying coleslaw was just slop. My first Hard Rock experience ... pretty average.

Been twice and atmosphere is good but service is severely lacking. This time one of the female bartenders was more concerned with talking and drinking than serving paying customers. Food was descent just took to long for a week night out of peak hours.

Recently we visited HR Denver with a family of 8, 5 adults 3 children. We came in during a slow time after a long day on the City. Somehow the kitchen got the timing of our orders wrong and it caused two people in our party to not be able to fully enjoy warm, delicious Hard Rock Cafe food. The... More

Great location and looks fun! Looks are deceiving! Horrible food, unknowledgeable staff.... Do yourself a favor and look around at some of the old concert posters and go eat at a truck stop. You'll feel more accomplished.

Had some burgers yesterday, had a really poor waiter - loud, careless and slow. The burger was just ok. Atmosphere is pretty decent.

I eat at Hard Rock Cafe a lot - all over the world. Denver HRC isn't bad, but it's not great either. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and the service is fast. You'll get exactly what you expect, and the taste is on the better side of many HRCs. On the downside, management needs to get a... More
