Brunch

The Sunday Champagne brunch is excellent. Huge selection of food, all fresh and well prepared. The choices ranged from a sea food buffet to made to order to omelet to carved prime rib. The Bananas Foster was great.

I stated at the hotel for 5 days in January. One of the days I invited my team to have breakfast. We were dressed down for a day of trade show setup. We were treated rudely, ignored, and the arrogant waiter basically threw the plates on the table. The food was solid, albeit a little underwhelming. I enjoy “power breakfasts”... More

The breakfast was great - coffee was fantastic! They were very accommodating for me as I am handicapped and needed a table in a corner or up against a wall. Waiter was very attentive but not overbearing. Came at just the right times. Great food!

The grand finale to our Christmas celebration with our family visiting in Denver was Sunday brunch at the Brown Palace – It was a terrible, terrible, terrible experience ruining our day and forever ruining the Brown Palace for me and my family. We arrived at Ellyngton’s at 11AM on 12/17 with high expectations, selecting the Moet et Chandon champagne brunch.... More

My husband and I went for the Sunday Brunch Buffet which was pricy ($52 w/o drinks). They serve champagne by the glass $10 for domestic, $20 for French. Our waiter Anton seemed more attentive to the table next to ours who were celebrating a family birthday. He never refilled our water glasses, took too much time to remove our plates... More

The setting is 5 star all the way. The service is on point and the food is sheer perfection. Go to the Champagne brunch, you will not be disappointed in any way.
