Delicious Mexican Near Downtown

Met with my wife and a friend here on our last trip to Denver! WOW! Fun and energetic! Service was good and food delicious. Table-side Guacamole was really fabulous! Margaritas come in all flavors & sizes... some too big for us to handle:-) The Flour Tortillas were delicious also. Make a... read more

Every time we are in town on vacation La Lomas is a must go to restaurant. The chili rellano is to die for. It is served with Green chili sauce. The rice is also outstanding.

We had a large group that decided to have dinner here on a Saturday night and the service was good and the staff was very helpful. The food for the most part was tasty but some of the food was bland. The burritos, fajitas, salsa, and green chili was all really good. We all left full and happy and that's... More

Stopped in for lunch. The food was great and the margaritas were excellent. Did not get to sit on the patio because was already full. But the service was good inside.

The only good thing about going to the aquarium Is that we found this restaurant. Very good food, big portions and reasonably priced. We will be back the next time we are in Denver...absolutely delicious!

We were amazed at how busy it was, then saw the huge parking lot. No wonder! After a 35 minute wait, (we were advised when we arrived, so no surprise there) we were shown to our table. Warm corn chips and watery salsa appeared in short order. We ordered a huge sangria to share, (wasn't on the menu though, we... More

My wife and I ate lunch at La Loma after being referred by our nearby hotel. The food (not too spicy), the service, and the decor were excellent. We were very happy that we ate there. If ever in Denver again, we will certainly go back to La Loma.

Lunch right as the restaurant opened. Salsa was good, not very spicy, but flavorful. One order of fish tacos, an "anniversary plate," a combination plate with a chile relleno, tamale, and enchilada, and the green chile burritos.Service was quick, and the waiter was observant to the need for refills on beverage and salsa. Entrees between $12-18, with most at $13... More

We went to La Loma with a big family group and got a big table all together and had a birthday celebration. The great margaritas and beer made it all the more fun. The food came out promptly and well timed and was good but not outstanding but the whole atmosphere compensated very well. Overall it is a good place... More

I went to this spot for a professional organization happy hour after a meeting in Denver in mid June. We had some great appetizers and they have outstanding margaritas. They were very accommodating to our group!
