Really enjoyed this place. It has very good service and the wine list is second to none. Food was good too. Quite expensive.

roasted chicken with asparagus and tomatoes and corn cakes is excellent. Butter apricot cake and ice cream--very nice!

The 'up scale' eating place at the hotel but it sure doesn't feel upscale. Initially offered a bare table in front of 3 tv screens. Reseated on ordering offered bread while I waited but for 20 mins none came. When it did no side plate. The braised short ribs wer fine but again no wait staff in sight to ask... More

We frequented 1876, as we were staying at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was great! The prices were VERY reasonable, which is surprising for a hotel bar. The food was delicious! The Happy Hour was, by far, the best around! Definitely worth a visit.

My husband and I had appetizers and dessert here during a stay in Denver. The waitresses were very good and prompt. The food was also very good. I am usually suspect of restaurants in hotels but this one was really good. You won't feel like you overpaid and you will enjoy your food.

I ate in this restaurant several times during my stay at the Grand Hyatt in Denver. The food is great for Hotel food. I highly recommend the Pork Chop.

This was the second year that we have invited Denver area relatives to join us for Christmas brunch at the 1876 Restaurant in the Grand Hyatt in Denver. Previously, this arrangement was a brunch that offered a wide variety of items. This year, however, there was a short menu of entrees coupled with salad and dessert buffets. The food was... More

On my first trip to Denver, I arrived at about 10am. As I came from the East Coast, and had eaten breakfast about 8 hours prior, I was starving and just wanted to eat quickly. So I went straight to the 1876 Restaurant in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Denver and ordered their breakfast buffet. The food was good... More

Ray at the hotel bar was great-- excellent sense of humor, knowledgeable about football, and man, he knows his alpacas.
