Took some Japanese business colleagues to this restaurant. The service was fine. Nice seating area. I asked for spicy and found they had just sprinkled some cayenne pepper on top of the dish! The samosas tasted like cardboard. Blandest indian food I've had in my life. Interestingly, my Japanese colleagues found it to be OK, so I'm sure people with... More

We have been devoted patrons of the BCO for a good twelve years. At one time, it was outstanding in all categories. Not any more! The service was terrible, the food was mediocre and the prices have risen to ridiculous for what you get - a small serving of your chosen entree with a scoop of rice and teaspoonful of... More

Nothing horrible-nothing great. Don't I wish someone could modernize, upscale and fusion-ize Indian food?! It's all predicable but acceptable. My kids love it. Sitting shoes off in the booths is fun for them. Respectable option if you have the fix but nothing terribly inspiring. It doesn't help that my mom can make all this stuff and make it 10 times... This is a nice place for a meal, the staff were friendly, the food service quick, the front timber decking falling apart but hey it is an indian restaurant . Ok so perhaps our mistake but I ordered a lamb korma ,rice and garlic nan, mango lassie, so my question is the meal was nicely presented but flavor was lacking,... More

We love Indian food, but this place is in the pretentious , high rent district of Cherry Creek. Cherry Creek area reeks with arrogance and snobbery. We do NOT like the people nor the area ! Bombay Clay oven is no exeception. It is over priced and not good. Cherry Creek is the kind of area that is ruining Denver,... More

We happened to be in Denver for the weekend, and wanted some Indian food. This was in Cherry Creek and convenient to where we were. I didn't think much about the place upon entering, but I was surprised again and again. GET A COVERED BOOTH!!!! I forget what they called them, but they converted the booth into a kneeling table,... My wife and I ate here for lunch on a weekday this week while visiting Denver, being hungry for some flavorful Indian food. The menu offered a nice variety and prices were comparable to what we have seen in other Indian restaurants. We chose the noon buffet, which was very reasonably priced. The buffet was modest, somewhat fewer choices than... More

I ate lunch here earlier this month while in town on business. The food is average Indian cuisine, but it is pricey. I didn't eat from the buffet but rather ordered a la carte with a Groupon that I had. They should probably charge 25% lower prices for the quality of their food.

After searching for whole 3 years We finally got a restaurant which could stand up to our expectation of serving Indian food . Being an indian its really pathetic to go for a meal in Denver Indian restaurants . In fact we stopped eating Indian outside . But Bombay clay oven came as savior . We throughly loved the flavorful... More

A friend from the area suggested we meet him for lunch before we fly out so my wife and I met him. Having never had Indian food before I didn't know what to expect. He suggested the buffet for the variety. It was great he knew what dishes were what (spicy, sweet, what the ingredients were ect.). Overall a great... More
