Mead Street became our go to bar while staying in the Highlands area of Denver. They have good cocktails and a pretty good list of craft beers. The service was great&the food is really good bar food. We enjoyed the wings-they are small bc they are non-gmo but the seasoning is great and the dipping sauces excellent. I highly recommend... More

Some friends took me and my girlfriend here to have lunch and it was delicious. It's my first time in Denver and I would come back to this place. We had one of the custom burgers and it cooked to perfection. The service was great, very pleasing.

Had lunch with my friend who is married to a vegan. He went straight for the steak sandwich and ate every bite. I had a strawberry salad with some candied pecans that was delicious. Nice quiet lunch on a beautiful fall day in nice neighborhood location.

They make awesome green chili, and a dang tasty Bloody Mary, but the beer is always cold and sandwiches good.

The food here can very between very good (sweet potato fries) and just average. The beer selection offers some good options, but it won't overwhelm you. Translation: Stop in for a beer, app or quick meal if you're wandering through the Highlands neighborhood; don't go out of your way to come here.

Stopped by here on our way through Denver. The food was great and the beer was even better. Definitely a pub/tavern atmosphere which is nice and cozy. They had some great live music the night that we were there. The bartender Sam gave us excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the different beer selections.

This restaurant has a fun atmosphere, showcasing art from local artists, and it seems to have booths made from church pews? I loved the booths, regardless if they were from a church or not. The team was VERY friendly, accommodating, and the food was amazing. They do have a cute little patio to sit at where you can keep an... More

I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, beer was cold and carbonated (a problem in too many Denver area pubs), staff was friendly and attentive, but the food is the problem, at least for what several of us ordered and came there for. Fish and chips were a big disappointment. They tasted like huge fish sticks you get out of the... More

Not a very glowing title, but this place came recommended through the magazine 5280 and their website. I chose it for a first date and was pleasantly surprised. They don't take reservations, but even at 7pm on a Saturday we didn't have to wait before getting a booth. Simple menu with a wide variety (my vegetarian-ish date was able to... More

So, so so so so so disappointed that Mary sold this place! Ugh. I have lived in the hood for over 10 years. My friends (in the hood too) and I used to go at least once a week. We have all stopped going. The new owners must not realize how much of an neighborhood bar this was and how... More
